Hi, I’m Maxx — a 5-year-old wooly Siberian Husky with a heart as soft as my super fluffy coat. Everyone notices my striking markings, especially the caramel accents that make me unique, and my bright blue eyes that shine with curiosity and joy. I’m a happy, affectionate boy who gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and absolutely loves kids. After a fun day, nothing makes me happier than curling up across your lap for some cozy snuggles. I’m attentive, a great listener, and especially perky when I hear the word “walk” — my absolute favorite! Like most huskies, I’m full of playful energy and always ready for adventure. I love walks (I’m pretty strong), exploring the outdoors, and hopping in the car for a ride. I’m a fantastic travel buddy and just want to be part of whatever you’re doing. I’m not crate trained, but I’m usually well-behaved when left alone — though I can’t resist “redecorating” with a tissue box if it’s within reach. A quick tidy-up before you leave usually keeps me out of trouble. I always let you know when I need to go outside, but right now I can only hold it for a few hours at a time. I’ll need a patient owner who can continue helping me build up my potty training skills so I can eventually go longer stretches between breaks. When it comes to other dogs, I’m all about playtime. Hi, I’m Maya, a petite, 3-year-old, 43-pound Husky with beautiful brown eyes and a heart full of love. I may be small, but I’ve got enough energy and affection to light up your whole world! If I had it my way, I’d climb right into your lap and stay there, giving you all the kisses and cuddles you could ever want. I’m a total love bug who follows my person everywhere. I do get a little anxious when I can’t see you — I just love being close. I’ll go into my crate and settle down fine, but it’s definitely not my favorite place. I’d much rather be running around the yard with you or soaking up some sunshine by your side. I haven’t quite figured out toys yet, but I love to go on walks! I get excited and might pull a bit, but I’m working on my leash manners. I also sometimes get distracted outside and forget to finish my business, so I’ve had the occasional accident, but I’m trying my best and learning every day! I’m great with other dogs, but I don’t depend on them, so I’d do well as your one-and-only or as part of a pack.
