Story
Ozzy is a male Husky and Pitbull mixed doggy who is about 3 years old.He does know how to sit and shake. He has a big personality and an adventurous heart. True to his Husky roots, he’s energetic, intelligent, and always ready to explore. Add in that Pit mix loyalty, and you’ve got a devoted companion who will bond deeply with his people. Ozzy has previously lived around other dogs and may do well with a proper introduction. He gets along just fine with cats. Ozzy loves his yellow pig and does really well letting us take it and make trades. He was surrendered due to resource guarding, so he’ll need an experienced, patient adopter who understands canine behavior.Ozzy’s Ideal Home: Active household that can keep up with his energy. He would probably do best with continued training and positive reinforcement.Ozzy is described as a 'Busy Bee'. I’m a naturally playful, curious, and trusting canine. Take me for a big walk every day; give me something to do. After my job’s done, I’ll curl up in front of the fire with you in the evenings. (Externally motivated). It is recommended that whenever you add a new animal to your household, it is done with a slow and monitored introduction. All our animals have been spayed/neutered (or will be arranged if currently too young).Dogs will be tested for heart worms, vaccinated against distemper/parvo and rabies.Cats will be vaccinated against feline distemper and feline parvo, and have been wormed. All animals will be bathed and treated for fleas/ear mites. Microchipping will take place at the time of adoption.Adoption fees:Cats - $105 for one or only $150 for two!
