My previous owner didn’t take care of me, and now I’m heartworm positive with some health complications because of it. The truth is, no one knows exactly how much time I have left—maybe a few months, maybe a few years. But what I do know is this: I want to spend every day I have being loved, understood, and cherished.Because I can get overstimulated and easily excited, I need a calm, structured environment with an experienced owner who understands active breeds like me. I’m looking for a home where I can be the only pet—no cats or dogs—and I’d do best in a home without children. I’m not trying to be picky; I just want to set everyone up for success!Once I trust you, though? I’m all in. Loyal, joyful, and full of love to give.
