Story
meet binx’s brother- thackery! thackery is an adorable little shorty with a big personality and an even bigger heart! He came into the shelter with his buddy Binx, who was recently rescued from the euthanasia list-and now it's Thackery's turn to find his happy ending and forever home. This cheerful boy loves to play with toys, snack on yummy treats, and spend time with his favorite people. When he gets really excited, he can be a bit mouthy, but it's all in good fun-he's gentle and playful, never putting real pressure behind it. With a little structure and positive training, that enthusiasm will easily channel into great manners. He's just an all-around happy, social boy who loves attention, fun, and affection. Now all he needs is a family to love him as much as he'll love them. Whoever opens their heart and home to this sweet, playful guy will be one very lucky adopter!

Story
Maki is 3yrs old but forced to be far too wise for his years 🥺 - crate trained - house trained - walks amazing on a leash, ignoring practically everything around him except all of the good smells in the grass! - the quietest husky you will ever meet, only making a peep when he’s playing with his besties! - car: will gladly be your shot gun rider with a smile on his face (just might request a pup cup in return) - could do well with another friendly, well-adjusted dog in the home - can be wary of new people, but warms up quickly if approached calmly - will melt into your lap for pets - could do well in both an apartment or house, he’s a very mellow fella who loves a frequent walk, and really enjoys his peace and quiet He doesn’t need much, just a safe space, a little patience, and someone to show him that there is so much love out there in the world for him! Oh, and someone who can handle his picky eater tendencies!

Story
****Murrey is NOT in the direct care of Happy Tails Happy Homes. His current owner needs to rehome him due to her own medical reasons and no fault of Murrey's. We are assisting her in that process. If you are interested in Murrey, please fill our and application here: https://www.happytailshappyhomes.org/adoptionform ***** Meet Murrey! Murrey is a 3-year-old, 80lb Husky mix with a heart as big as his goofy grin. This sweet, gentle boy is full of personality and always ready for adventure. He loves the outdoors, long walks, and plenty of playtime—tug-of-war with his rope toy and ball-chasing are some of his favorites! But after his adventures, he’s just as happy to curl up for a long snooze on the couch. Murrey is crate trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and is comfortable being left loose in the house while you’re away. For a Husky, he’s relatively quiet—he’ll usually just “talk” when he wants something. He does well with people, older kids, and larger dogs, but he wouldn’t be a match for cats or small animals due to his high prey drive. Since he’s a big boy, older children are a better fit for him. On leash, Murrey can get excited around other dogs, but with continued training he has already made progress. Grooming manners are also a work in progress—he’s not aggressive, just wiggly when you touch his paws. Murrey is healthy overall, though he has a couple of chipped teeth that the vet confirmed are not an issue. He eats, chews, and plays without a problem. This fun-loving, affectionate boy would thrive in an active home, especially one with bigger dogs and humans who love the outdoors as much as he does. With some continued training, Murrey has the potential to be an amazing adventure buddy and loyal best friend.
