Story
Animal Profile: Raven is a female Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix (best guess), estimated to be 7/8 months old and currently weighing 38 lbs . She and her 3 siblings were surrendered to Freer Animal Shelter and were then taken in by our rescue partner in Texas and are currently in their foster home getting ready for their trip to the PNW to find forever homes. They are good with dogs and people, and doing well with crate training. Raven is shy until she gets to know you, then is a total sweetheart, so will need someone willing to show her the world is a great place to be. Estimating she will be in the 60 to 70 lb range full grown. Due to her breed we will only be considering adoption to families with homes with secure fenced yards ( s uburban/rural environment will be best for her) . Large breed experience and a canine companion preferred. We will post more information as we get to know her in foster care. Foster Update: C oming soon! Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.  Apply Online: www.DogGoneSeattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog is being transferred from our partner in Texas and arriving via Paws Up Rescue on 02/19/2024 to the Seattle area. This dog will be fostered in the greater Seattle area and available for adoption once evaluated in foster care.May 1, 2024, 7:50 pm

WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Harper - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hey there y'all, my name is Harper and I'm looking for a life pawtner that I can spend my days being by your side, being your BFF, your cohort (that is... a cohort in crime but shh I won't tell if you won't!!) ;) and your cuddle buddy! I'm around 2 years old, that perfectly pawsome age to tag along with you on all your daily going on's, from the mundane to the exciting action adventures... I'm just happy to be with you! At 70lbs I'm a bigger gal but all that means is that there is more of me to put a whole lot of lovins on you. I'm just a big ole cuddlebug lookin for that special person to snuggle with! With my Golden Ret/Lab hairtage I'm got the shorter coat more like the Lab which is so much easier in the grooming department. It won't take much for me to be ready for all our adventures! I get along pawsomely with people both tall and small and with all the other foster pups. Although cats are unknown as we are not sure if I've ever met one yet. I'd make a great addition to just about any family with a 'sibling' or getting all the attention as your one and only! Are you looking for that life pawtner that is loving, smart and cuddly then look no further cuz I could be YOUR gal!!!
