Scout is a beautiful, energetic husky mix. He came to us after he was found as a stray. He did spend some time in a home and we were able to learn some information about him. Scout has does well with adults and young children, he is very energetic though, so supervision is advised with young children. Scout also does well with other dogs and cats! He knows commands sit, down, roll over, come, and shake. He also seems to be house trained. Scout is super active so he will require a tall privacy fence. His estimated DOB is 11/16/2024. Come to our shelter and meet this sweet boy.Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Story
Max is a sweet Husky mix whose estimated DOB is 1/1/2019 and on 4/16/2026 he weighed 58 pounds. He was a stray, so we don't know about his past. He is affectionate and playful. His energy level is not off the charts like some Huskys, probably because of his age. Husky are known to be escape artist, so Max does require a tall secure fence. He knows "sit" and probably more that he just hasn't felt like showing off yet. Come meet Max today and give him the loving home that he deserves. His adoption fee is $125.Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Story
Chase was found by my sister about a year ago. He wandered into her yard in a rural area. She already had three dogs so I agreed to foster him while we looked for his previous owner. A year plus later I still have him and he’s a great dog. He’s an inside and outside dog. He loves to ride in cars too. He’s been friendly to other dogs as well as all people. I was planning to keep him but recently my neighbor got chickens to raise. He says he is missing 3 baby chicks and he believes my dog got them. I am unable to build a large fence because I am currently renting the house I live in. Chase is a working dog and needs plenty of exercise. A husky has a very independent personality as well. I think he needs adults or older children to adopt him. He needs a big fenced in yard or to live on a large acreage in the country. The vet believes he is about three years old. He is a neutered male.
