Hi, I'm Kai! I'm 10 years old and I'm a very unique Chepsky Breed. (Husky/German Shepherd) I need lots of room to roam and love playing with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I’ve lived my entire life on 4 acres in the foothills of the Central Valley and I'd love to be on similar acreage, where I can stretch my restless legs. I will not do well in a track home!!! I need fresh air and dirt! FYI I'm not a fan of cats and I enjoy chasing them whenever I get the chance. Also, I love horses and if you let me, I'll run underneath you, in a game I call "Exercise with Mr. Horsey". If you're looking for a good guard dog, I am a great barker and protector. I'm an outdoor only kinda pooch but love snuggling on the couch too once in awhile! I love to play with kids and get along with all dogs. I DO NOT like being kenneled up all day so if that's your plan, YOU CAN BARK OFF!!! (My owner's say I'm way too smart for my own good...whatever that means!?)

I found this dog over a month ago and I've been trying to rehome her but everything seems to be full, the shelters, and rescues. She is a huge sweetheart, loves car rides, does well with strangers, and does well with dogs. However, she does not get along with cats. I am in desperate need of help with her. She tries to escape, and she tries to get our cats, she spends most of her day tied up and it's not fair to her. I really need help getting her out and I want her to be safe. She's a great dog but I do not have the resources for her and it's unfair to her, she's never had a place to call home, and it's time for her to have one.
