Story
Some dogs have never known what it`s like to have a place to call home.Kyle is one of them. This stunning red-and-white Husky has spent far too much of his young life growing up in the shelter, waiting for someone to choose him. While other dogs have gotten to experience Doggy Day Outs, sleepovers, and foster homes, Kyle is still waiting for his very first chance to see what life beyond the kennel is like.Despite it all, Kyle remains hopeful. One thing that makes shelter life a little brighter is his best friend, Princess, a sweet medium-sized white dog who keeps him company. The two love spending time together, reminding us that even in the hardest places, friendships can bloom. But what Kyle really dreams about isn`t another day in the play yard—it`s a home.He dreams of stretching out on a cozy rug after a long walk. Of curling up on the couch while a summer movie plays in the background. Of finally knowing what it feels like to spend the night indoors, safe, comfortable, and surrounded by people who love him. He doesn`t need anything fancy—just a soft place to rest his head and someone kind to lean into after a day of adventures.Kyle has been patiently waiting for his turn, and we think he`s waited long enough.Whether you`re looking for a hiking buddy, a couch companion, or simply a loyal best friend, Kyle is ready to show you just how much love he`s been saving.

Introducing Jackie, the raging play group queen! At the age of two, she has an easy-going nature and an insatiable desire for love. She is a gem who is always up for some fun and playtime while radiating an air of tranquility. She walks like a true professional on a leash and her ultimate weakness are belly rubs. She absolutely adores the affectionate touch of her human friends. Now, while Jackie may not exhibit the stereotypical high-energy levels of a Husky all the time, she definitely has a soft spot for a rowdy game of tag.If you`re searching for a loyal companion who blends a mellow disposition with a love for engaging activities, Jackie is the perfect match. She`s eagerly awaiting someone who will provide her with that forever home. So why wait? Bring Jackie into your life.

Story
Beau is a 5 month old sweetheart who needs a loving home! He LOVES people and is great with kids and dogs! Beau’s ideal home would be an active household with a big yard and another dog to play with and learn from. As a husky, he is rambunctious of course, but when given adequate attention he is a very mild mannered, smart and silly boy who is SO easy to love! We’ve been fostering him since he was a baby, and would keep him in an instant if our landlord would allow it. But nevertheless we’ve given him a wonderful foundation to be a stellar dog!

Story
Jonah is a sweet Siberian husky/malamute with a big personality and is afavorite among shelter staff and volunteers - exceptionally goofy, playful, sweet, and a total cuddle bug who loves his people. Jonah has spent several months in foster, where he immediately thrived. Athome, Jonah is chill, independent, and adaptable. He is house trained,non-destructive, sleeps 10+ hours overnight, and can be left at home for 6-8+ hours (after proper exercise). He loves to nap almost as much as heloves being with his people. He can be vocal but is not a husky howler, andhe has never shown escape tendencies. His favorite activities are walking, visiting the beach, and receiving belly rubs.Jonah responds best to clear behavior and predictability/consistency (inboth routine and body language). While new people or confusing behaviorscan excite him initially, it doesn’t take too long for him to observe, figure outhow this new part of his world works, and go back to his sleepy self. At times, Jonah has spurts of energy and excitement which can bemanaged since he is very smart, and food motivated. He has already comea long way when it comes to leash-pulling, recall, prey-drive (squirrels, mouse, rabbits) and impulse control, and he’s still making progress.Jonah is truly a one-of-a-kind dog who will brighten anyone’s life. He woulddo best with patient, husky, or malamute-familiar adopters with an activelifestyle, who can help keep him physically and mentally stimulated as partof the foundation for his training progress as well managing a large, strongdog, and advocating for Jonah’s communication style with new people. Jonah has so much potential and love to give. He is ready for his foreverhome!
