Frankie is a super fun, athletic guy with lots of unconditional love to give. He came to us as a stray and was never claimed. He is a happy, social dog that gets along very well with people. Frankie loves walks, car rides and spending time doing anything that entertains his brain. He does good with dogs his same size but is not suited for a home with small dogs. A slow intro and supervision will ensure the best outcome for a lifelong friendship with all dogs. Frankie has a very high prey drive and can not live in a home with cats, small animals or poultry. He has proven that he will hurt and even kill anything that is small. His activity level is high and he will need ways to keep busy to reduce bad behavior because of boredom. A daily walk and some fetch time will help keep him entertained and fit. A fence is not required and potential adopters should know that Frankie can climb a 4 ft fence. This guy is clean in his kennel, listens well and is a volunteer favorite. He is approximately 4 years old, vaccinated and neutered. He was named after Frank Sinatra because of his blue eyes. My son wanted her and I agreed so my dog would have a play mate. She is a very active and sweet dog. We really don’t have any background on her as we were trying to save her. You need to do your research on huskies before committing to getting one. She is an inside dog but likes outside as we but misses being around people then. She will come with a week worth of food, cage/kennel that she is used to along with her collar, leash and chew toys if she still has any. She also love to play with tennis balls. Been trying to get her to retrieve and almost there.

Story
Rufus is a 5.5-year-old fluff-ball of a husky with derpy eartips and a love of humans and life. We adopted him three years ago and he has thrived in a house with older children and a couple of cats. He enjoys walks and runs, particularly in winter. He's trustworthy and can be left to roam the house for long periods of time when we're not home. He does very well off-leash. Rufus loves snuggles and leans into hugs and pets. He gets along well with other dogs, particularly others who are up to play. After a lot of anxious contemplation, we're looking to rehome Rufus because of a behavioral/environmental issue we can't find another solution for: On rare occasions (five times over three years), he has grabbed someone's foot and applied enough pressure to puncture or cause bruising. This has only happened with unfamiliars, and only when he's startled AND anxious from lack of familiarity. We would like Rufus to be in a lower-human-traffic environment without very young children.
