Story
Welcome Leia to CCPAL Rescue Foster program. Leia is a 5 month old pup that is Husky/Staffordshire Terrier. A picture of the mom and dad are available. Both are very friendly and social dogs. The pups would be good with children. Lia is the most shy of the 4 pack. All these pups are smart and willing to learn and work well when you train with them. She would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. The unspayed female was around the male and in just minutes she was pregnant with 10 puppies. These 5 are still available for adoption. All have had 3 rounds of puppy shots, microchipped and will be altered before adoption. Their mom is 65 pounds so we think these pups will be 65 pounds. They know sit, wait and are the ultimate water dogs. They like to play and swim in the foster’s swimming pool. They would all make great camping companions. They love other dogs and all people including kiddos. They have the bushy coat like the Husky and several of them have ice-blue eyes. Lia is the smallest female. She is a little shy but sweet and one of the more vocal. She would warn you if someone was at the door or at the fence. She is a nice girl and since he is the smallest girl we think he will for sure be 55 pounds. She is mostly potty trained but will need more consistency than the foster can provide with 4 puppies. They are good in a crate and in a car. They are currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get any of this litter (2 girls and 2 boys) to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Just look at this stunner! The eyes have it ;) Here is what her foster had to say about her: She’s a sweet, loving dog that gets along well with other dogs, including our dog which is a 6 year old Australian cattle dog mix. We’ve taken her to the dog park and she plays well there, too. She has chased our cat so we keep them separated. She loves our kids, who are 9 and 12 years old. She likes belly rubs and hard chew toys. She is crate trained. We keep her in the crate if we need to leave the house, because she has made a few attempts to escape the yard to find us. She rarely barks, unless she’s super excited, and when she does it’s more of a low rumbling howl like she’s talking to us. Sometimes she does “crazy dog” and runs around in circles outside for a few minutes but most of the time she’s really calm and likes to lounge around. She LOVES going on walks. We put a harness on her because she does get very excited in the beginning and likes to go fast. She does not like the water and avoids our pool. She uses out dog door when she needs/wants to go outside. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue will soon be celebrating our 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 10,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! Story
Zeus is a confident, goofy boy wrapped up in a super cute, 35 pound package! This boy would love a life of adventure and partnership in the PNW. Some of Zeus' favorite things include: sprinklers, hanging out outdoors and going for walks! He is pretty easy on leash. Zeus is dog friendly with everyone! We introduced him to male, female, big and small dogs and he tried to make friends with everyone. He would love another dog friend or two, and bonus points for a yard or space for him to run around! He is on the submissive side and will let his sister push him around with little complaint! He also LOVES people and will run up to anyone and everyone to say hello and get some pets. He is working on keeping all of his paws on the ground when he gets excited, but it just shows how eager he is to make friends! He is about 9 months old and 33 pounds. He is the perfect size to take on the go! Zeus is a high energy, young husky. He will need daily mental and physical exercise and a family who can commit to training him to be the best boy possible. Zeus and his siblings lived their life in a small run in a backyard in Houston. They have never known life in a home before, and he is ready to see what it is like to be part of a family! Zeus is in a boarding facility while he waits for his perfect home, so his family will likely need to put in some training for him to be a perfect housemate! He is worth it though! Zeus is currently being fostered in Houston, TX and will be available to travel to the PNW when he finds his perfect family. Story
How cute is Porky! He is currently about 5 months old and such a love. Highlights:  - Dog friendly! - Super smart - LOVES to play! - He would be the perfect adventure buddy! He is goofy and playful. He will need an active home and he would be a great hiking or running companion when he is old enough! He would also love a fenced yard and maybe another dog friend to play with.  He is VERY smart and would love a home that can continue to work on training and other mental stimulation. He needs some help working on potty training, crate training and leash manners like all puppies, but some yummy treats and praise will make the process a lot easier.  Breed experience is recommended, and all adopters must be knowledgable about husky temperaments. Some of the highlights: they tend to be high energy, independent and loud. You will also need to invest in a good vacuum as they shed often and a lot!  Watch him do agility: https://youtu.be/86H7Rw83BuY Watch his litter play: https://youtu.be/_fL2_td5ZOQ Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/62df5057b071ca6dd018d977 Please send any questions to Mariah@threelittlepittiesrescue.org Available for adoption in NV, UT, ID, OR, WA and Canada! Story
*Available for local adoption in Houston, TX* Sky Woo Woo is the SWEETEST girl. She is a big fan of pets, cuddles and saying hello to everyone she meets. She is friendly with people and other dogs, and after being a stray and sending her babies to their forever homes she is ready for a life of luxury herself! Skye Woo Woo is an older gal, we have her age estimated at about 4 years old. She is past the puppy energy and could go for walks and play in the yard without needing to run marathons every day. At the end of the day she is ready for some couch cuddles! Skye's foster parents adore her and say she is getting the hang of crate training, potty training and playing with toys. They have had her throughout her entire weaning process and said she was a perfect mama! Skye is 66 pounds, approximately 4 years and a husky mix. We have Skye posted in Houston because we discovered that she had a cancerous growth while getting her vetted. Her growth has been removed and she is now technically "in remission" but it has the potential to come back at any time. An adopter with us would have an opportunity to get discounted care for her if her cancer were to return. Other than that, she is a healthy and happy girl!
