Hiya, Moose is approx. 6 yeas old. Wonderful dog. Good friend. Well behaved. Non vocal... no howling, no husky speaking, whining when I leave home. I am retired so that he is rarely left alone. No destructive behaviors. With my progressing diabetic neuropathy {loss of sensation to my feet with pain, pins and needles, loss of balance. I will have to give up my driving license soon. We normally go to Peebles State Park trails. I cannot maintain his physical needs. This is a very difficult decision for me. I desire him to adopted by someone who can meet his needs as a breed. No cats.

I showed up at an elderly couple's house and hung out on their back porch. Her husband had a stroke and was in a wheelchair. She needed to get her husband into their car the next day to get to the doctor and I was preventing that from happening. SPOT posted for help and a volunteer came to the rescue, and brought Todd to the SPOT office. Email help@wcspot.org for adoption information.
