Meet Rascal Rascal is a sweet, affectionate, playful boy with the cutest personality. He loves giving kisses, enjoys attention, and is both intelligent and curious. He’s the kind of dog who wants to be part of the action and is always ready for love, playtime, and fun. Rascal is house-trained, though like any dog, he may need a little time to adjust in a new environment and be shown where to ask to go outside. He is also crate-trained and sometimes eats in his crate with a stuffed Kong or food/treat ball to help slow down his eating and encourage creative thinking. Rascal is energetic and will do best in a home that understands he needs structure, continued training, exercise, and lots of love. He enjoys toys, balls, and dried sweet potato treats. Because Rascal is still maturing and is very curious, he must be kept on leash even in a backyard for now, as he has a habit of trying to eat things he shouldn’t — including rocks. Rascal is scheduled to be neutered tomorrow and will receive his vaccines next week. Blu has had a life of instability but we are hoping to change that with his next home. Originally a member of a family, but when they moved they left him behind; he ended up living in the tunnels with a homeless person who turned him over when Blu needed some medical care. Blu is the more even tempered, easy going dog one could enjoy sharing their home with, he does not have typical Husky energy, he's more of a lounger than a run and play type of guy. Blu gets along well with kids, cats and dogs of all sizes. He is potty trained, dog door trained and crate trained. His only bad habit is his love of food, he can't resist a bit of counter surfing if given the opportunity to snag something yummy! I am posting for temporary adopter.Kim is a larger senior girl that was adopted by a Good Samaritan from Downey Animal Shelter to save from certain death. The Shelter said that she was dog friendly and it was found that she should be the only dog.Kim came in as a stray and was at the Downey shelter for a little over a month. She is healthy and was shaved due to matting.As the only dog, she is extremely affectionate and loves to be petted and cuddled. She is great on a leash and will make a wonderful companion. SHE MUST BE THE ONLY DOG OR PET. You will get an abundance of love and adoration. Transportation within reason to California or nearby States is available.

Hi my name is Bear. We got him from a man in Utah 4 years ago. His age is unknown. We were told he was 4 but the vets said he was 6 to 8 years old. So he is anywhere between 8-12 years old. He is a very loving dog. He LOVES water. He will lay in a kiddy pool all day if he could. He is good with other dogs. But no cats. He likes to go for walks. He does pull you in the direction that he wants to go. He needs a lot of attention. I have been very sick and haven’t been able to give him the attention that he needs. Because of that he has been hurting himself. He will drag his face across rocks and paw at his eyes until they are cut open. I have been treating them every day. He has also been depressed. I’m looking for someone who can take him and give him all the love and attention he needs and wants. It hurts me to have to give him up but it is the best thing for him. Is there anyone that could give him a perfect home? Please consider this big loving boy!
