Story
Koda is a 5-year-old, 46lb Siberian Husky. Calling all Siberian Husky lovers! Meet Koda, a loving boy who is on the calmer side for a Siberian Husky. While Huskies do require a fence, this guy doesn't make any effort to jump over the 6-foot fence at his foster's house. He is house broken, crate trained, and really just wants to be with his person. Koda would need a house with no small dogs or cats but gets along well with bigger dogs. He is fully vetted and ready to find someone who can give him the love he needs! If you are interested in adopting Koda, please apply online at www.crisisdogsnc.org. Comprehensive details are provided in the dog's description. To ensure a smooth process, please submit a completed application through our website at: http://crisisdogsnc.org/dog-adoption/. Please note that questions via email or social media channels may not receive a response without a completed application. As part of our commitment to responsible adoption practices, we require excellent veterinarian references and conduct virtual home visits. Additionally, your prior or current dog must be on year-round heartworm prevention. We provide transportation by both land and air whenever feasible. All assessments regarding breed and age are conducted by licensed veterinarians. We look forward to assisting you in finding your perfect canine companion!May 1, 2024, 3:47 pm

Story
💛 About Elsa: I have more energy than a traditional Siberian Husky. I love other doggies. I am not a leader nor a follower. I am in the middle. I will lead or follow if necessary. I get along with all of them here. I have met Siberian Huskies and a German Shepherd. I also am a water bug. I enjoy playing in the water. 💛 Keeps me cool. Oh, I also LOVE treats—any kind. I am not picky. I am house trained, crate trained, know how to use a doggie door and walk well on a leash. I am a friendly, alert, intelligent, active, agile, JOYFUL, lively, affectionate, confident, fearless, curious, playful, kind and trusting Husky.  Elsa's webpage: https://huskypalace.com/elsa-of-husky-palace/ Reason for rehoming: She has been retired. 📍 Pick Up Options 📍 Pick up from our house. No fee. Delivery. We drive up to 8 hours one way. $50 to $1,000
