Story
Hi, I’m Copper. I’m about 10 years old, weigh around 65 pounds, and I’m a neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped husky/malamute mix. I’m heartworm negative and doing well overall. I’m a classic husky at heart. I love being outside, enjoy fresh air and space, and I can be a little dramatic in that endearing husky way. I have a friendly personality and a confident presence. I can be a bit dominant at times, but it’s more about having opinions than causing problems. I do well with other dogs, cats, and kids. I’d be happy living with dog friends or as an only dog. My activity level is more medium these days—I still like being outside and moving around, but I’m also very content just hanging out and relaxing. I’m house trained, crate trained, and I do okay on leash. I do have some weakness in my back legs, but it doesn’t seem to slow me down or affect my quality of life. I still enjoy getting around and doing my thing. A fenced yard is a must for me, as spending time outdoors is one of my favorite parts of the day. I’m in my senior era now and looking for a home that appreciates a calmer pace, understands my husky personality, and is happy to let me lounge, observe, and add a little dramatic flair to their life. If you’re looking for an easygoing senior with classic husky charm, I’m ready to find a comfortable place to call home.

Story
Hi, I’m Rocky. I’m about 4.5 years old, weigh around 65 pounds, and I’m a neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped husky. I’m heartworm positive but almost finished with the final phase of my treatment, and I’ve been doing great through it. I’m high energy and love to explore. True to my husky roots, I’m curious, adventurous, and always ready to see what’s on the other side of the fence. I can be a bit of an escape artist, so a secure, well-maintained fenced yard is very important for me. I’m also extremely affectionate and enjoy being close to my people. I do well with other dogs and enjoy their company. Cats and small animals are not a good fit for me. I’m good with kids and thrive in an active household that can keep up with my energy and provide structure. I’m house trained and leash trained, but I don’t care for crates and do best without being confined that way. I’d love a family who understands huskies and is familiar with their needs, personalities, and quirks. I’m looking for an active home with a secure fenced yard and people who enjoy adventure as much as I do. If you’re ready for a loyal, energetic companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart, I’m ready to join your pack.

Story
Leo showed up on our property about 1.5 years ago. He is a great dog and gets along with all our other dogs, cats, kids and anyone that comes around. The biggest issue we have with Leo is that he will endure the pain of an invisible fence collar. We even tried using two collars and the stubborn dog one. He needs a fenced in yard where he can run and play and not have to be kept on a runner when he goes outside. He is an indoor dog and is kennel trained and house trained. He does walk well on a leash. He has the sweetest and funniest personality. We currently live in the country and we are moving to Texas and would like to find him a home with a fenced yard where he can play. We did get him neutered, microchipped and his vaccines are good through April 2026.

Story
Lasko is a 6-year-old AKC-registered dog who is very friendly, affectionate, and loving with people, including children. He thrives on human companionship and would do best in a home where he can be closely bonded with his person. Lasko must be an only pet. He has resource guarding behaviors with other animals and is not compatible with dogs or cats. In a pet-free home, he is calm and well-adjusted. We are expecting a child soon and are having issues with him and other dogs in our home. He is high energy, enjoys staying active, and sheds heavily, so regular grooming is needed. A secure privacy fence is recommended, as he can escape if not properly contained. We are seeking a responsible, experienced home that can meet his needs and provide structure, love, and stability.

Story
Sally is the sweetest little shadow you could ever ask for a true sweetheart who loves everyone she meets and believes strangers are just friends she havent cuddled yet. She absolutely adores people and is happiest when shes right by your side, whether that means curling up next to you on the couch, following you from room to room, or gently resting her head on you after a long day. She also loves cats and is gentle and respectful with them, happily sharing her space and affection. Sally thrives on companionship, attention, and closeness, and she would do best in a home where she can spend lots of time with her humans. Loyal, affectionate, and full of warmth, she doesnt just want to be in your home she wants to be in your heart (and probably your lap, too). All our dogs/cats are vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, on preventions, and spayed/neutered if old enough.
