I’m in the military and single, so I can’t provide the full attention he needs right now.

He is a gentle, timid soul who hasn’t had the easiest start in life, but his kind heart shines through. He does well with other dogs and cats. He will need a patient, understanding adopter who can give him the time and space he needs to feel safe and learn to trust. With consistency, kindness, and love, he has the potential to blossom into a loyal and grateful companion—he just needs someone willing to give him that chance.

This is Kirby. He’s is 4 (5 on oct 19). He is up to date and on heartworm preventative. He would do best as the only pet (he has some issues with his current siblings). He likes older kids! He is a big baby and loves to cuddle. He’s the best dog to hug ever. He does have some unspecified pain issues.
