Story
Meet Spectre – The Friendly Ghost of the Dog Park They say on moonlit nights, a flash of white can be seen racing through the fields — swift as the wind, glowing like mist, and leaving only pawprints and smiles behind. Don’t be scared, though… it’s just Spectre, our otherworldly handsome Husky mix! This snowy spirit of a dog lives for adventure — he loves to run like he’s chasing the wind itself. But when the zoomies fade, Spectre’s soft side shines through. He’s a total sweetheart who melts for belly rubs and adores making friends with other dogs (ghostly or otherwise).Spectre may look like a phantom, but he’s as real as they come — loyal, loving, and ready to haunt your couch (and your heart) forever.Adopt Spectre, and you’ll never be alone… because your friendly ghost dog will always be right by your side.

Story
Dirk was born May 31, 2025. I adopted him from a friend who had a litter, and decided to get him alongside my cat. I find that my schedule got busier than normal since I started a new business after the summer, and I haven’t had time to really train him and play with him as I should. I think it’s best he goes to a dog-lover that would do a better job.

Story
Does your canine buddy need another buddy?! Here's your new dog!! Balto absolutely loves other dogs, not to mention people! He is housetrained and working on crate training. He was found wandering the streets of Toppenish, WA. He's about a 1.5 young, reportedly "never" barks, and while he'd be fine with a shorter fence, he does looks for gaps to go explore. He is very curious about the kitties in his foster home, but not in a malicious way. Balto is FANTASTIC with kids (he's been around babies and toddlers), strangers, and we'll say it again..... other dogs! Increasingly, we are doing FOSTER TO ADOPT options! That’s where you and puppers make sure you’re a good fit for one another before signing on “the dotted line”….. it’s a win-win for everyone! Just ask your adoption counselor about how this works. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Interested in adopting this or another POPP dog? Please complete our adoption questionnaire found at: https://www.popptricities.org/adopt/adoption-questionnaire-canine/ If you have any questions. please E-mail us at dogsadopt@popptricities.org. ADOPTION PACKAGES: Our puppy or dog adoption fee of $300 includes a lovable, non-judgmental canine companion, and a free vet exam. All dogs will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Your adoption fee helps support POPP and our spay/neuter efforts in the community to end overpopulation of cats and dogs.

Story
Pheobe's family describes her as "just a really good dog". Pheobe is affectionate, smart, loyal, has grown up with kids and currently lives with ages 1-8 years old. Why does such a "good dog" need a new home? Sadly, Pheobe has caused heartache by severely injuring a couple of small animal house mates. Pheobe is crate trained, does well on car rides, pulls like a husky on walks, loves treats, sitting on laps, snuggling and being part of every day life. Pheobe is great with dogs her size (35+ lbs), has never tried to jump their 4 foot fence. She loves to talk and give her opinion, play ball and sun bathe. Can you help this girl get a fresh start so her family can heal? Increasingly, we are doing FOSTER TO ADOPT options! That’s where you and puppers make sure you’re a good fit for one another before signing on “the dotted line”….. it’s a win-win for everyone! Just ask your adoption counselor about how this works.
