Story
leah is my baby. i got her from the shelter and had her for about 2 years. i moved with family after a long term relationship and im now a single mom and cannot give her the attention she needs or deserves. i love this dog with my whole heart but leah needs a very loving and a very patient home. she is a very high maintenance dog and needs a financially stable family. she needs a quiet home with preferably older kids. she’s fine with other animals but she’d rather be alone. she can NOT be around chickens. leah is 9 years old and came from an abusive family before i got her so she is very skittish. she doesn’t like men but she comes around after a while if you’re gentle and laid back. she doesn’t like loud noises or chaotic. she’s getting old and needs quiet but she loves to run so she NEEDS a big backyard. but she is an escape artist. she loves to run away and she loves to be chased. she loves car rides and being included. she is a high maintenance dog but so sweet.

Story
Boomer was rescued from a hoarding situation so he's very timid/shy when it comes to people. We've been working to help him come out of his shell. He's crate trained and currently working on leash training. Boomer needs an owner with lots of love and patience to help him come out of his shell.

Story
Sky is a talkative, fun playful boy who loves his people. He is dog friendly, does ok on a leash. He is fully vetted and neutered. He did come to the rescue with his buddy but they do not have to go together however he would do best with a doggie buddy to play with. He plays hard and snuggles harder! He is a sweet, playful loving boy and all husky. He deserves a loving husky home.

Story
Misa came to the rescue pregnant and ready to pop after being owner surrendered to a kill shelter. We took her in and helped her raise her pups - it's now Misa's time to find her forever family to love her and take care of her forever. She loves loves loves to run and play. She enjoys attention and being with her family. She is crate trained. We recommend no small kids due to her bounciness and she does resource guard (when she was surrendered she was very malnourished, owners surrendered because they couldn't afford to feed the dogs any more) - we work with her on it but she still is protective of her food and treats (NOT with humans, just other dogs). She walks well on a leash and travels well in a car.
