Sammie is a Husky who is about a year old and 65 pounds. He just showed up in someone's garage during a rainstorm. Efforts to find an owner failed, so he is now in our Program and looking for a great home. Sammie has been wormed, fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is receiving monthly heartworm prevention, too. He is incredibly sweet, but loves his playtime, too! Sammie is crate-trained, and uses the dog door to go outside to 'do his business!' He plays well with the resident dog in the home, and is surprisingly cuddly! His foster home doesn't have any cats, so we don't know how he is around felines. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This beauty is Sasha. Sasha was left behind at a hotel in San Antonio.  Her family had been a guest and decided to leave her behind when they left.  Lucky for her, the hotel called our vet and asked for help.  This beauty is very smart and active.  She  needs a family that is going to keep her busy.  This breed has to have a job to be happy.  Are you looking for a walking or running buddy?   Do you think you would like to enter working dog classes in your spare time?  If so, this is your girl. She needs an active  family to walk with, play with in the back yard, and run around chasing toys. Sasha is about 2 years old, 58 pounds and $300 to adopt. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $250. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
