At 5 years old and 57 pounds, she's a Husky through and through—full of personality, energy, opinions, and affection. She's playful, goofy, vocal when she has something to say, and clever enough to keep you on your toes. An unlocked gate or opportunity to explore? Maggie considers that an invitation. 😄 But underneath all that Husky spirit is a sweet girl who loves her people and enjoys the company of other animals. Maggie gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats in her foster home. She hasn't been around children here, but I'm sure she would do well. Maggie is perfectly crate trained and happily sleeps in her crate every night for 6–8 hours without a peep or an accident. She's also doggy-door trained. Her foster family is still working on one quirky habit—if a bedroom door is left open, she may decide it's an acceptable bathroom spot. Consistency and supervision are helping her make progress every day. Maggie recently tested heartworm positive and has already begun treatment. She's taking it all in stride and deserves a family willing to help her through the rest of her recovery so she can enjoy the healthy, happy future ahead of her. This beautiful girl is looking for an active home that understands the Husky lifestyle—plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, secure fencing, and lots of love. Henley is a sweetheart. Very loving. He does not bark excessively. We got him from a shelter as a puppy but we are moving to an area that would not be good for him. We love him and want him to have a good home with a yard to explore. He has been outdoors all of his life but could go either way.

Jake the wooly Husky Jake is about 7.5 years old. We’ve had him for about 6 years. He is neutered and microchipped. He has all of those wonderful Husky characteristics. He talks. He’s adorable. Jake is housebroken and crate trained. He loves to be outside. He is not good with cats or chickens. He has his pack, his corgi sister is the alpha so he’s good with smaller dogs. He’s lived with his brother, Obie the mostly GSD for about 6 years and his sister Peaches the corgi for about three years. He’s very loving and love able. He is 100% wooly husky. Rehoming fee will be a donation to this organization

Sweet Freya was on the streets avoiding capture for months. She finally decided that the cushy life looked pretty good! Now in a loving foster home where she loves to play with the resident dogs and children of all ages. She is house trained, great on a leash and not food aggressive. And she loves to talk and give kisses!!! She has not been around cats but we can help with introductions. Freya is about 2 years old, weighs 54 pounds, fully vaccinated. spayed and is HW negative. We adopt in the DFW and East Texas areas only (within 1 hours' drive from Terrell) as we deliver our pets to their new homes. A secure fence and vet reference are required.
