Story
Rosco is a 3-year-old Pit Bull/Husky mix with stunning blue eyes and a playful spirit that'll brighten your day. This fun-loving guy is all about his toys. He'll happily entertain himself with his favorites and isn't possessive about them! If you don't want to give one up, he'll just grab another! He's treat-motivated and already knows sit, paw, and down, making training sessions a breeze. Rosco came to us after his previous owner could no longer care for him, and he's ready for a fresh start. He tends to be more comfortable with women than men initially, but with a little patience, he warms up beautifully. Rosco was attacked by another dog in the past and can be dog selective. This handsome boy would do best in a home with older, dog-savvy kids (his enthusiasm might be too much for little ones), and we don't have history with cats. Rosco is looking for someone who can provide him with routine, guidance, and the love he's been waiting for. If you're ready for a loyal, playful companion who'll greet you with excitement and fill your home with joy, Rosco can't wait to meet you!

Story
Elsa is a gorgeous Husky with a heart full of love and energy to match! This playful girl is incredibly smart, eager to please, and already crate and leash trained. She’s the perfect mix of spirited and obedient—ready to run, play, and then settle in for a car ride (which she loves). Elsa is very people-friendly and thrives on attention and companionship. With her outgoing personality and loyal nature, she’ll make a fantastic addition to an active home that appreciates the intelligence and enthusiasm Huskies bring. If you’re looking for a bright, affectionate, and fun-loving best friend, Elsa is your perfect match. Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2380668##

Story
Meet Gnocchi! This adorable Husky pup is the most playful, kind, and loving girl at the rescue! Gnocchi is full of personality — goofy, energetic, and always ready for fun. She loves every dog she meets and is all about playtime and cuddles. Gnocchi is food-motivated (treats are her #1 love language ), walks nicely on a leash, and is crate trained. She’s the last of our Pasta Litter, and she’s hoping her turn has finally come! Like a true Husky, she can be a little vocal when excited, but unlike her siblings, she doesn’t howl. She’s great with both small and large dogs and adores people. She’s fully vetted, young, and ready for her forever home. While she hasn’t met cats yet, her age and temperament make her a great candidate to adjust well. Gnocchi is looking for an active and loving adopter who’s ready for adventures, snuggles, and plenty of laughs. Not in Texas? No problem! We offer transport to the Pacific Northwest and East Coast. Story
This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $250 if picked up in TN, $325 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Meet Jelly, a lovable puppy with a sweet heart, bright spirit, and all the charm that comes with being young and full of potential. Her breed mix includes Husky, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherd, and supermutt. She currently weighs  25 lbs and is growing everyday! Whatever her heritage, one thing is certain: Jelly is packed with love, intelligence, and promise. This adorable girl is an energetic, affectionate pup who is ready to grow alongside a family that will enjoy all the fun, laughter, and milestones that puppyhood brings. Jelly is the kind of dog who wants to be close to her people. She loves companionship, enjoys playtime, and is happiest when she can be near you. Toys, treats, and attention are at the top of her favorites list, making her both entertaining and wonderfully motivated to learn. Her curiosity is already shining through, and she shows a lovely mix of playful confidence and thoughtful sweetness as she explores the world around her. Like many young puppies, Jelly can be a little shy or nervous when first meeting new things, but she still greets people, dogs, cats, and children with a gentle and friendly nature. With continued positive experiences and encouragement, her confidence will only continue to grow. She is already beginning her training foundation and is set to continue building great manners and social skills, giving her an excellent start toward becoming a well-rounded companion. Jelly is crate trained and walks on leash, and she’s making progress with housetraining as she learns her routines. She may have occasional nervous accidents right now, but that is something many puppies outgrow with consistency, patience, and maturity. She is also still learning that car rides can be fun, so a family willing to help her build confidence on the road will be a wonderful match. Jelly would fit beautifully into many different homes, whether with a family, a single adopter, or anyone excited to raise a puppy into an amazing lifelong friend. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who will reward your guidance with devotion and joy, Jelly may be the perfect match.  Interested in adopting?
