Zoey is a very pretty husky mix, she loves to sing! She is approx. 49 lbs. Zoey is available to someone who has husky experience and is familiar with the breed. A fenced area yard is a must. Come see her at the Rockbridge Spca or email manager@rockbridgespca.net. heartworm tested: negative visit our fb page: dogs of rockbridge and rockbridge spca. NOTE: all animals adopted are taken straight to a local veterinarian for spay/neuter. We do adopt out of area providing adopter is will to make more than one trip. There are NO exceptions, and we do not hold animals. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter. please note the Rockbridge Spca does not have emotional support animals or service animals. we do not adopt to college students, however, they are welcome to volunteer. Oaklyn is a pretty mostly white husky mix. She also has one blue eye, and one brown eye. She is approx. 44 lbs. We feel she would do best in a home without children. Cassidy is a middle aged husky mix with low to medium energy. She is a sweet thing looking for a family to match her easy-going nature. She is not looking for a crazy-good time. Someone who will take her on easy walks, give her coat a brushing, and love her unconditionally is what she has in mind. This is Loki. We are looking to rehome him. He is a great curious dog. He likes other dogs and always wants to play. We had moved into an apartment he doesn’t have the space he deserves. He needs a lot of attention and we cannot give that to him. He whines when he has to go to the bathroom and sit at the door. Loki is only about a year old, November 21st is his birthday. As much as we don’t want to rehome him, he just deserves to be in a better home. Me and my partner both work a lot of hours a week and just want him to have a better life than we could give him.

Story
Due to circumstances out of our control, we have to rehome our 11 month old Tamaskan Asher. Asher is a beautiful Tamaskan that loves playtime and being outside but also doesn’t mind lounging around the house at times. His new home REQUIRED him to have access to a fence that he cannot scale over or tons of exercise! He is extremely friendly, non aggressive towards other dogs, great with kids, and absolutely loves playing fetch. He loves being with other dogs and playing with new packmates. He is very tall and will jump up to give you hugs and play wrestle with you but is very gentle around children. He also loves cats! He also doesn’t bark at people walking by, other animals when approaching yard, and is very treat driven and loves to bury his bones for later. We are trying to work with him on some crate training, and he definitely has some confinement/separation anxiety in vehicle and alone but other than that he is a phenomenal pup.
