Story
Hi! My siblings and I are adorable aren't we?? But don't be fooled by our innocent faces, we're mischief! We love to romp and play, and we will need an active home with lots of space. We're going to be very, very large and husky-stubborn, so be prepared with obedience training. Please give us homes with lots of lots of space to run and play; preferably not an apartment.
We'll also keep you updated on Atticus's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Here's what Atticus's current family shares about him:Atticus is a very sweet pup with energy and enthusiasm to spare! He loves to run and would make an excellent running/hiking partner. He also loves playing with other dogs that match his energy. Atticus is still young and still learning. We've been working hard with him on his manners (including basic obedience training and a 2 week doggie training camp) and he is improving week after week, but he would really thrive with owners who can devote time to work with him very regularly. We have two small children at home, and that has not been a great fit for Atticus. He is still learning boundaries, and while the children don't seem to phase him and he has never shown any aggression towards them, he doesn't seem to know his own size. We would not suggest a home with small children for him. Atticus LOVES playing with dogs, and has done very well at doggie daycare. However, he once bit our other household dog when he thought she was going to take his rawhide (we would be happy to provide more details on this). While he doesn't resource guard in general, at times he gets very defensive of things like rawhides/chews. He really loves other dogs, he just gets anxious when there is a high-value treat involved. We want to find Atticus a home where he can really get his energy out. He is a lot of fun and with attention and a bit more training, he would be a wonderful companion for the right family. Thank you for your interest in Atticus! Please visit www.hart90.org/petdetail.aspx?ID=18303 to get the most up-to-date and accurate information on this pet, to email the contact person listed for more information and how to meet Atticus, or to submit an online application. Story
Ledecky is a silly little puppy who loves to flop around and explore things with her mouth. She is definitely all puppy and has a lot of energy and puppy behavior- a Husky puppy at that! Though she may be initially shy with her surroundings, she can warm up quick with some treats and affection. Come meet this sweet girl and add her to your family!
