Story
Oxana is a 3-year-old Husky mix with a goofy smile and a playful, loving personality! This sweet girl is full of charm and loves to have fun. She’s housetrained, knows sit, and enjoys showing off her smarts—especially when treats are involved. Oxana can be selective about her canine friends, but she does enjoy playing with other dogs who match her energy and play style. She would do best in a cat-free home, where she can fully relax and be herself. Playful, goofy, and affectionate, Oxana is always ready to make you laugh and join you in whatever the day brings.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Doogan – The Pocket-Sized Husky with a Big Heart! Say hello to Doogan! This short-legged sweetheart might be small in size, but he’s got a huge personality and an even bigger smile. His big, toothy grin might look a little intimidating to strangers — but don’t be fooled! Once you see that happy butt wiggle, you’ll know it’s pure joy. Doogan LOVES people. Belly rubs? Yes, please. Cuddles on the couch? Absolutely. He can be a little “extra” when asking for attention (his paw taps can be strong!), but he’s just trying to make sure you notice how adorable he is. He’s also a pro at playing with toys, rolling in the dirt, and generally being the funniest little dude around. Now, let’s talk about his doggie manners — Doogan wasn’t well-socialized as a puppy, so he sometimes gets uncomfortable around other dogs. He may snap when he’s unsure, and while he’s lived with other pups, it’s stressful for him. Because of that, he’d be happiest as your one-and-only dog. He can warm up to canine friends over time (usually a few months), but his new family should be patient and understanding. On the bright side — Doogan is great with cats and totally ignores them, and he’s gentle with kids too but we recommend older kids since he is part husky and food obsessed. Doogan might be small, but he’s got a heart full of love and loyalty waiting for the right person. If you’re looking for a quirky, cuddly, one-of-a-kind companion who’ll make you smile every day, Doogan might just be your guy! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Stella deserves a brand new start, and we are hoping to give her one with her next adoption. Her recent adoption showed us that she needs a routine, a schedule, and a caregiver and environment where chaos is lessened. She does well with other dogs, and adjusted to a very temporary foster situation where she was the one and only dog. She is a very smart girl, and is refreshing her command training:  sit, give paw, and down. She likes to vocalize a little bit, but is not one of the more vocal huskies we have had in care. She was crated at her first house, and that is probably a good way for her to transition to a new home. She crated beautifully, slept throught the night with a dim nightlight for comfort, and would love the chance to be "adopted."  Are you ready to take home a loyal yet fun and active companion?   PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA. For questions about the pet, please email us at FOACinfo@gmail.com. Story
Petey This beautiful boy is the quintessential old-fashioned dog Petey. I have been fostering Petey for a year and completely in love. Too many other fosters to give him the attention he craves and deserves. He loves children and to be active and quiet time with close cuddling. He is good with other friendly dogs. He is E collar trained. He is about 80 pounds with powerful play energy with other dogs. He sleeps on a couch or in bed or just about anywhere - will go in a crate, but prefers not. He is not destructive. Petey is playful and trainable. The first year of his life was neglect being left outside tied to a tire.Despite this, his good nature has persevered. This sweet boy deserves the best in life and would do well in any home. He is on a foster to adopt basis. If it is not a fit immediately or at any time in the future, he must only be returned to me. He is sponsored. Come and meet him! He really is the best.

Story
Max is a loving and high energetic dog. Not aggressive at all love to play and loves to eat , always leash walk him. He is only 2 years of age, he is very sassy and responsive, he knows a couple tricks, he does suffer from separation anxiety, he enjoys company and music. He needs a good closed in yard to run around. And a good owner to keep company and take him out on walks and runs and play with him. A very Good Boy , just a baby . Requires a lot of supervision just in case he gets a sense of curiosity or social anxiety. But overall a good boy . Looking for a good and loving home
