Hey, I'm Inu, 3yr old Husky mix, around 55 lbs. Am I ever "Inu".... see what I did there? I am a sweet boy who is ready for my new forever home. I get along great with people of all sizes and all the other doggos. I am not a fan of cats so please, let’s not try that! I am a bigger boy so keep that in mind if you have little people cos I could knock them over, but I would make an awesome walking / running / hiking partner with the big-uns! If you think you and I might just make the perfect pairing, then please check me out asap! *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*

Took in Mako approximately one year ago to help his owner out while they looked for a home. Was supposed to be for a few weeks. Now I've been ghosted by owner and need to find him a new home. He's a good dog I just can no longer care for him and wasn't prepared to be his forever home. Mako gets along with my cats (I have 3) chasing them occasionally for fun. He's completely house trained. Only issue I have is he pulls on his leash when being walked. He turned 9 on June 19th of 2025
