Stormy is a 9 month-old Jack Russell Terrier Poodle mix with lots of energy and a loving heart. She does best in a home without children and can be shy or nervous with strangers and in new environments. In her previous home, Stormy did well with the dogs she lived with, though she may be shy around unfamiliar dogs. She has not had any interactions with cats yet. Stormy rides well in the car and loves playing with a ball, running around the yard, and staying active. She can be talkative and is very energetic, but she is also affectionate once she feels comfortable. Stormy is good at communicating her needs and will let you know when she needs to go potty, making her a smart and attentive companion. For more information on how to adopt, please call the shelter at 863 324 5227 to see if this pet is still available for adoption. Then come to the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 10:30 to 6 Tuesday through Friday, Saturday from 10:30 to 4 closed 1 to 2 for lunch and the last Friday of every month.

I am not a Boston Terrier mix. Both of my parents were Jack Russells, and they may have been mixed as well; my mom was white with brown markings, and my dad was white with black markings. My brother was the only one with a white and brown coat, while my sister and I have reversed coloring. I lost my tail in an accident, but I still think I'm quite handsome, don’t you? I am a loving, playful, and brave 10-year-old pup who loves nature, taking walks, and snapping at the waves. My favorite snack is human food! I enjoy a variety of fruits, but I dislike blueberries and absolutely love mangoes. I also enjoy playing tag and hot and cold games with treats. If you're interested, feel free to reach out! I love cuddling, too.
