Meet Remmy! She's a spunky, energetic, and playful Jack Russell Terrier mix, estimated to be around 3-4 years old. She was picked up by animal control in December 2023, so her past is a bit of a mystery—but one thing is certain: she’s full of personality and ready to find her perfect home! True to her terrier nature, Remmy has a strong drive and an endless love for toys. She could play all day if given the chance, whether it’s chasing a ball, tugging on a rope, or squeaking her favorite stuffed animal. She thrives in an active home where she can get plenty of playtime, exercise, and mental stimulation. With her big personality and boundless enthusiasm, Remmy can sometimes be a bit much for other dogs. She should be considered dog-selective, as not all dogs appreciate her energetic playstyle. Because of this, she may do best as the only dog in the home or with a calm, tolerant canine sibling. Remmy is also best suited for a home without young children, as her excitement and high energy might be overwhelming for little ones. Despite her lively nature, Remmy is also incredibly sweet and affectionate. She loves spending time with her people and enjoys belly rubs and snuggles when she finally slows down. Questions should be directed to Charlie’s owner at alisalong2@hotmail.com ** Our Charlie showed up on our lawn a few months ago. He is a sweetheart of a dog. We have neutered him and given him his first rounds of vaccinations. The vet thinks he is about a year old. We have provided him with toys and food and a comfortable place, but we feel we can't keep him due to our inability to provide what he needs. He is good with kids and other dogs, but not cats. We want him to have a wonderful family who can love him and give him the life that he needs. We are trying to kennel train him and potty train him and he's doing pretty good. He has a very good nature and rarely barks. He absolutely must have a securely fenced yard. He’s so playful and loves to investigate every little thing out there. There is a small rehoming fee.
