Meet Honey! This sweet girl is approximately 1 year old, a Terrier mix, and weighs around 30 pounds. Honey and her companion, Willow, were found abandoned together at a state park. While their story didn’t have the best beginning, we’re hoping their next chapter will be much brighter! Honey is a very sweet girl, but she’s a little behind when it comes to socialization. We suspect she may have never experienced life inside a home, so she’s essentially a blank slate when it comes to the ins and outs of being a family pet. We’ve been told she rides well in the car and has done well around other dogs. What Honey really needs is someone willing to give her a little patience, structure, and guidance as she learns how to navigate the world. She may not know much about being a pet just yet, but she’s got plenty of potential! All she needs is someone willing to show her the ropes and give her the fresh start she deserves. ❤️
