Story
Hi, I'm Billie, and I come as a dynamic duo with my bonded partner Copper! 🐕 We're a couple of 5-year-old pups who've been through everything together, and we'd love to find a home where we can stay that way. We're both fixed, housetrained, and great with dogs and kids — just know that cats aren't our thing, so we'd need a cat-free home. Adopt us together and you'll get twice the love, twice the fun, and two forever friends who already know how to be family. 💕

Story
Millie is so sweet to her humans when she bonds with you-she must have some Chi in her because she likes to find her person! She can be a little uncomfy and vocal around men and has some challenges that we think have made it a little more difficult to find her a forever home. She is suuuuuuuch smart girl and will learn your routine like THAT ! And forget needing to set an alarm on your phone or watch-this girl’s internal alarm clock is award-winning! Millie does like to be Canine Queen of her Castle and needs to be the only dog in the home. This girl is tiny but mighty...and she will react...lets just say fervently...to other dogs. So no other pups in the home. She is the Queen of her Castle...but she likes humans to be around to do her bidding when she needs something...so an adopter would need to not be gone long during the day and so would either need someone that pops in and out a lot, or, even better, someone that works from home or is retired. She does not like to be confined to a crate within her Castle for long! We think little Mills is still with us because she does have a severely collapsing airway that means just a few things for her like she cannot wear a collar (she has to get her bling from her crown and not her collar lol), and if it is a hot and humid day long walks are not good for her. But she is an active girl and has seen internal medicine at NVS and they have assured us that if her new humans are careful with her, she can live a long, normal life span! If a new home had a fence she wouldn't even need walks! She does love to go in the car and her fosters take her along everywhere which is awesome! Because of her airway collapse she also has to remain intact because she cannot be put under for anesthesia so someone would need to know that also.  July 10, 2026, 10:03 am

Story
Pogo has come back to us after being adopted for several years but due to some unfortunate circumstances Pogo has come back to us. We know that Pogo LOVES to play ball and is a champion ball player, seems good with women, and does seem to have some separation anxiety but so far that has not presented itself as destructive of his environment. We are learning where Pogo is at now so he will be coming soon for a bit but stay tuned for more info!July 10, 2026, 10:03 am

Story
Norman is a sweet senior 8 year old, pays minimal attention to the other dog in his foster's home, likes rides in the car and is independent. Norman has started to become much more of a snuggler which is adorable and also seems to walk well on leash and eats his recommended diet  like a horse lol! In fact he has started figuring out how to climb up to his foster's bed and sleep with her and will sleep for 10 hours straight! Norman does need some fairly extensive dental work done so we will be getting that taken care of asap. He did go in to have that done but they found his heart rate to be a little slow so out of precaution we are seeing the Cardiologist June 18th just to make sure he'll be good to go under anesthesia for the dental procedure. Norman is great with being carried but has some depth perception issues so carrying him up stairs and then blocking them off so he can't independently go up or down would be needed. He LOVES to walk and get his steps in and we think he would do best in a home with a fully fenced in yard because this boy loves to explore so he would thrive with a fenced in yard to run around in. Norman may seem like he is dis-engaged but he is-he just needs a sec to explore first and then snuggle later-but he will snuggle for sure we he is ready to relax! He is good with pretty much any dog and any thing-but we are starting to see a little prey dive come out with the foster's chickens!July 10, 2026, 10:03 am
