Story
Kron and Khaleesi are the parents of Kiro and KJ. I love that Kron has always been the caregiver for the pups since they were babies he would be the one to clean them and help them up the stairs. He is the biggest sweet care bear. Khaleesi is the protector of their family. She barks at squirrels, Possums, Rats, and loves to play with her young. You can tell by looking at her eyes she just wants to cuddle or needs some love. Kj is very playful and does whatever his parents do. He won't come in the house unless he's told he can and he never damages anything. Kiro is a cuddler and is a people person. HOA is giving us by the end of the week to find them a new home. We've had them for over a year and lived in the Pebble Creek Area for 2 years but they aren't allowing us to have them anymore. Please help us find them a new place to be together.

Story
Mokey is super sweet and laid back - her personality is just starting to shine in her foster home now that she is feeling better after a dental that left her happier but with only 4 teeth now. While she doesn't "move like Jagger", she definitely has "a tongue like Jagger" that partially hangs out of the side of her mouth at times. You will definitely see her tongue in it's full glory when she eats or yawns. She has a healthy appetite and eats twice a day, although because of her tongue and not having any teeth, she is a very messy eater. She also LOVES treats but they have to be soft and crumbled for her to be able eat them. She loves a nice cuddly bed! She picks one out each day to enjoy! Mokey is blind and deaf at age 14 years old but she has NO fear in exploring her surroundings. She IS not a fan of the cold - smile! Mokey is potty trained and knows how to use the dog door to get back in the house after she goes potty! She can even find the couch on her own so being blind is nothing to her. She is pretty independent but does enjoy getting pets and being near her person. She even knows when her foster Mom is going to bed and finds her way to the doggy bed in that room. She likes laying in the grass and catching some rays when it is not too hot. She gets along with other dogs/cats but seems more interested in sleeping than socializing.Mokey is a precious little senior angel on the inside and it would mean the world to her foster Mama to find an adopter that can spend the time with her and give her the love she so deserves for the time she has left. More importantly, it would mean the world to her. So if the right family is interested, her foster Mom will cover half the adoption fee 💜.To have your home considered for adoption, read about our adoption process or fees, and find out about interstate transport (dogs only), please visit our website.https://longwayhome.org/apply ❤ Long Way Home makes no guarantees on breed--most animals we receive from shelters are mixed breeds. As long as they need rescue, that's what is most important to us.

Story
Wattson was a stray that ate scraps at my grandma's house in Mexico. Eventually she had a litter behind her house and her pups started to die. I rescued her and her last pup and brought them home. Wattson is now thriving and she loves to run and chase/bark at squirrels and wild bunnies. She will require a large yard to spend energy in because walks are not quite her enough for her. Wattson is good with other dogs and children, but due to her prey drive may not do well with cats. Although she loves to run, Wattson also loves to be around her person. She will tag along just about anywhere and beg for pets. She also potty trained very quickly but when she is afraid (think thunderstorms, or chasing her if she got out) she is prone to accidents. She does well in a crate overnight though. One of Wattson's favorite things is to be carried, she will hang on to you as long as you are willing to let her. She is not keen of car rides though so lots of love is needed when transported.
