Hi! My name is leah and I’ve had sugar for a while, I got her as a puppy and she was always very nervous and timid even as a puppy. She has so much love to give but her anxiety gets in the way. She is not good with new people and will bark for a while but is definitely not aggressive. I would need someone who is experienced and patient to let her take time to get comfortable. She can get along with dogs as long as the dog doesn’t bother her too much but is very scared of cats. She loves attention and naps, she also loves cuddling with her owners. She is also quite the vocal dog, she barks and makes a lot of noise when she is excited. Additionally, I want to stay in contact with whoever she rehomes with to ensure she is being well taken care of.

Within the first few seconds he meets anyone, he’s sprawled on his back waiting for belly rubs! He loves kisses and absorbs love like a sponge and gives it back. He is an active boy and thrives on having adventures. Perfect dog for people who are always out and about, going hiking, jogging, and any activity that a dog can be included in. He is SO SMART and very food motivated and will learn a new trick under 10 minutes! Alvin – Male/neutered – D.O.B: Oct. 1, 2020 – Terrier mix – 15 kg – Good with people and cats and dogs – He’s rambunctious and may annoy or scare some cats and dogs – Suitable for home with young and active people (single person or a couple) – Home with kids is not recommended – Housetrained – Good on leash but sometimes pulls, so some training is needed – He likes to have dog siblings, but it needs to be the right match; perfect with a dog with a mild temperament and not territorial – He barks when he hears noises sometimes, because he’s alarmed and wants to give warning, and sometimes when he wants something – Up to date with vaccines and microchipped. Candy is ready for adoption!  Candy (yes, she is indeed sweet as candy!) is a Jack Russell mix, 2 years old and approx 35 lbs.  PERSONALITY: Candy is a sweet, social, playful girl. She gets along easily with people of all ages. ENERGY LEVEL: Candy is medium energy, loves her daily walks, and would be a great match for a moderately active person/family. GETS ALONG WITH KIDS: Yes! GETS ALONG WITH DOGS: Yes! GETS ALONG WITH CATS: Unknown, she doesn’t have experience with cats. HOUSE TRAINED: Yes. GOOD ON LEASH: Yes. GOOD IN CAR: Yes. ANY AGGRESSION: No. RESOURCE GUARDING: No. VETTING: Spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed. SNAP 4Dx test is negative (Heartworm, Lyme disease, Ehrlichia, and Anaplasma). MEDICAL: No known health issues or injuries. Recently had puppies and and is best friends with her daughter, Fendi.  RESCUE HISTORY: Candy and her daughter Fendi were thrown out on the streets by their owner. We don’t know why … perhaps the family was moving away, unable to care for them, or simply didn’t want them anymore. Candy and Fendi now live with a foster family in Jalisco, Mexico and they can’t wait for their new forever homes! **PLEASE NOTE: Candy is currently in Mexico.
