Story
Lady is a petite young beauty with delicate lilac point coloring and stunning pale blue eyes that seem to glow in any light. She’s as sweet as she looks and shows her affection with gentle little head butts, asking politely for pets and attention from her favorite people! When you’re giving her gentle scritches, Lady rewards you with a soft, steady purr and happily relaxes under your hand, content just to be close. She’s also a treat connoisseur who loves Temptations crunchy snacks and Churu squeezable treats; surefire ways to win her heart a little faster! Lady’s affectionate, easygoing nature makes her a lovely match for many types of homes. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion to add warmth and grace to your household, Lady might be the perfect fit!If you`d like to meet our available pets, please check the `shelter information` box on the listing to see if the pet is located at our Michael R. Frey Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or our Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). Then, come in during our open hours! Both of our locations are open Tuesdays and Wednesdays 12-5 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays 12-7 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays 11 a.m.-5 p.m. For more information on our adoption process, including requirements and fees, visit: https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/animalservices/adopt

Story
IF YOU ARE VIEWING THIS LISTING ON PETFINDER OR ADOPT-A-PET, please visit: Caninesandkittiesrescue.org to access adoption requirements, more information and pictures. Meet Cleo! Cleo is about 2 years old and weighs about 9 lbs. Cleo looks like a Siamese to us! Cleo just arrived a couple of days ago, so we are learning about her personality. What we do know is she is a sweet girl! We will write more about her personality as we get to know her. This cat is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, Combo tested Negative, microchipped. The adoption fee for this cat is $200.00. ***Please note that the first step in the process is to complete our nonbinding application (it does not commit you in any way but allows us to help you to find a great match). Our application review process also includes a veterinary reference check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives (if applicable) and examined annually by your vet.*** **You must be at least 25 years old to adopt an animal from Canines & Kitties Rescue.** Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and/or the general appearance of the animal. Cats adopted through Canines & Kitties Rescue must be indoor only and may not be declawed (unless already declawed at the time of rescue). *If you're viewing this on Petfinder, please visit www.caninesandkittiesrescue.org to complete our non-binding application. *
