Story
Meet Makenna!DOB: January 2018Weight: 35 lbsDisposition: Sweet, Gentle, Calm, OutgoingHistory: Makenna was found near the Phuket border after being abandoned in a sack with my puppies. It was clear that she was unable to look after her puppies and that they had little chance of surviving. A kind person contacted Soi Dog Foundation for help and a rescue team collected the little family. It was such a relief they were finally safe and cared for. Once she got healthy, she headed to The Barking Lot to find her forever home. She arrived here in November 2023.Best Home: Given her history, a bit of patience will be helpful as she gets settled into home life. Playful with other dogs, she will get along and be a good play mate for any resident dogs. Amazing Qualities: Best kisser west of the Rocky Mountains! If you're interested in meeting this dog, please visit our website to fill out an adoption application: www.thebarkinglot.net/adoptOur dogs are located in San Diego County, CA. We will happily consider out of town applications and can conduct virtual play dates with interested adopters.
