Story
This dog is now on the shelter deadline list and immediately needs a new home. PLEASE ADOPT OR OFFER TO FOSTER FOR A RESCUE. WE ARE COURTESY POSTING THIS DOG FOR THE MORENO VALLEY ANIMAL SHELTER TO HELP THEM FIND A HOME. The shelter is severely overcrowded with low adoptions in that area. Dogs are being turned in faster and in higher numbers than the shelter can accommodate. We are helping get the word out of their immediate need. Please help this deserving pooch and clear a kennel today. Their life depends on it. Jingle has struggled with shelter life. She's afraid and nervous in the environment. JINGLE - ID#A532944 I am a female, red Korean Jindo mix. The shelter thinks I am about 4 years old. I weigh approximately 63.80 lbs. This beautiful dog is located in the Moreno Valley shelter. Please feel free to reach out to us with questions. Story
We adopted our Olaf 3 years ago from a high kill shelter while living in Korea at 6 weeks old and he has been with us ever since. We brought him back to California with us in June this year. Despite our best efforts to socialize him and expose him to as much as possible, at around 6 months old he started to show some pretty serious anxiety which seems to have worsened over time. He is extremely fearful of our 1.5 year old daughter and has developed reactivity to her which we have not been able to correct with training or medication. He has broken her skin on one occasion. Olaf would be better suited to a home with teenagers ( he seems to love them) or no children at all, and no other pets. He is very well trained, and knows all the basic commands. He rarely barks, walks well on a leash, and mostly ignores passing dogs unless he is approached by them. He plays well with some dogs, but is very selective and resource guards his toys (from dogs, NOT people).

Story
Ooo ooh! Pick me! Pick me! My name is Maddy and I was dumped at at high kill shelter. I was super sick (antibiotics cleared me right up!) and I was all skin and bones. Angels at AWFA rescued me in the nick of time and I am ready to find my forever family! I am such a good girl - A loving, beautiful, sweet blonde bombshell who loves everyone I meet.  I'm good with some other dogs but would love to be an only dog to get all of the attention.  I like kids but would probably do best in an adult home.  I am house trained! I'm a quiet girl but will alert you if needed. I am looking for my furever family to snuggle and cuddle and love. Is that you?! ***************************************************************    Interested in adopting this pet? Story
Meet Rocky! He’s a sweet 8.5 year old Korean Jindo mix who loves attention. He loves to cuddle and be with his people. He’s smart and food motivated to learn new things. His current foster puts him a sit/stay while he places his food down and then releases him to eat, which he does very well. He’s also potty trained. When you talk to him he'll give you this funny look like he’s trying to understand. He is ok around other dogs, until he gets impatient with them. This is very common for Jindos. He would do best in a house without other animals. His healthy recently took a turn and he can only use his back legs 5% of the time. He has seen a primary Vet, a Chiro, an internist and an Neuro and they’re not sure of the cause. He is still very cognitive and fully aware of everything around him, his back legs just do not want to cooperate. He has a wheel chair which he is learning to use. He’s hoping his forever home is out there to help him navigate his remaining years. He can’t wait to find his forever home.   Meet Rocky! Story
Meet Damfour!DOB: December 2019Weight: 33 lbsDisposition: Affectionate, Silly, ShyHistory: Rescued from the streets of Thailand by Soi Dog Foundation and brought to TBL to find his forever homeMeet Damfour, affectionately known as Dino by his foster family, a sweet and timid pup who's undergone a remarkable transformation. At first, he resembled a scared dinosaur, but after just a week with his fosters, his silly, sweet, and sassy personality emerged. Now, he loves cuddling up close to his foster mom and their rescue pup Koda, showering them with kisses and affection. He enjoys walks as the caboose, nibbling on meat treats (and recently discovering a love for greenies), and chewing on his stuffed animals. While still spooked by loud noises, Dino's confidence is growing by leaps and bounds. He's house-trained, adorable, and a great fly catcher! At 33 pounds, Damfour is the perfect size for cuddles and adventures. Although he may need some time to warm up to new people, his endearing personality makes him a wonderful companion for the right family. With a bit of patience and socialization, Damfour is sure to thrive in a loving home ready to embrace his quirks and shower him with love. Story
How this pet arrived: Mufasa was brought in by Humane Law Enforcement on November 15, 2023. Why this pet is the one for you: Introducing Mufasa, a majestic boy in search of a new place to call home. Mufasa can be a bit conflicted when meeting new people but he has made a set of friends in the shelter who can brush him and handle him! It takes time for new people to get to this level, so he's looking for a patient and understanding adult home with low traffic where he can decompress at his own pace. Once he is comfortable, this boy can be quite the goof ball! Mufasa loves to chase small critters and finds it his duty to walk the perimeter and scan for intruding wildlife. Familiarity with the Chow Chow breed is a must for his new owners, as these dogs have unique characteristics. If you have experience with Chows and are ready to provide a calm and stable environment, Mufasa could be the loyal companion you've been looking for. If there's a resident dog, a meet-and-greet is required to ensure compatibility. Bring the whole family in to meet Mufasa and bring a leash and a martingale collar (or purchase one when you arrive), to take him home! Be a part of his journey to a new beginning and enjoy the rewarding experience of having this regal pup by your side! Primary Color: Brown Weight: 51.4 Age: 3yrs 5mths 2wks
