Meet Odin, at 55 lbs and 1.5 years old, he is the perfect age and size. He loves going for walks, playing fetch, and cuddling with his person. He is very sweet, affectionate, and oh so handsome. He has beautiful markings, a soft coat, and a striking left eye that his half brown and half icy blue. Recently rescued from the euthanasia list, he is currently in a foster home learning house manners and personal space. He is completely vetted, neutered, potty-trained, and very smart; he is quickly picking up on commands and redirection. His ideal home is with someone who is patient and willing to work with him as he adjusts to his new surroundings. If you are looking for a loyal, affectionate companion, Odin is your guy! Marmalade aka Lady is a true lady. She was found as a stray South East of Austin. The finders looked and looked for her family but no one came forward. She was skinny and flea ridden but she stayed happy and unjudging. She had not been treated kindly by people but she still wanted to show people she was willing to give them her heart. After a few weeks of good food, baths and some brushing, this girl has started to shine. She loves to come up and give cuddles. She has the biggest smile, flashing her pearly whites. Lady would love to be welcomed into your home. She plays politely with doggie friends. She is house trained and crate trained. She is up to date on her vaccines and spayed. |Santiago is a striking dog with a mostly white coat and a unique mix of white, tan, and grey on his face. He looks like a blend of Shepherd, Anatolian or Pyrenees, and Great Pyrenees, and carries himself with a gentle, thoughtful presence. At around 50 pounds, he’s a medium-large dog with a calm energy that makes him a steady companion. In the care of a foster home, Santiago has shown that he can settle when given space, patience, and quiet encouragement. He is comfortable in a household with other dogs and doesn’t react to normal activity or people moving around, showing that he can learn to feel safe in a calm, structured environment. Car rides are still a bit overwhelming, and new experiences can be intimidating for him, but with a gentle guide, Santiago is beginning to show curiosity and trust. He is not destructive and adjusts well when left alone in a secure, quiet space. Santiago is looking for a patient home that can continue to help him gain confidence, offering calm reassurance and gentle guidance. With the right family, he has the potential to blossom into a loving, loyal companion.
