Despite his young age and breed, he's very low-key, calm and quiet. He's the most wonderful dog who will be an exceptional companion.

We are placing her up to rehome due to one of our other animals declining in health and needing more time and focus and due to not being around enough to give the same to her. Between work and our other animals health she is not getting the attention and interaction that she needs and deserves

Oh.. Hello. My name is Zena and my birthday is on January 6th. I've been at Second Chance Shelter in Boaz Alabama since January 6th of 2022. I came to the shelter after I had been hit by a car. The vet said that my hip and leg was broken. I was afraid I might lose my leg but the vet fixed me up and with lots of TLC, I survived. I have a bounce in my step after I healed. I give little 'woo woos' in excitement! I'm so glad it was Second Chance Shelter that came to my rescue. I couldn't walk, was so skinny and that night it was going to snow. Now, I'm still pretty shy but with a little patience I would love to be your best friend.
