All of our dogs are friendly/social with people and other dogs - we're looking to place safe family pet in loving forever homes! You can complete our adoption application here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FCRC/Dog - once received, we can schedule a meet-and-greet with the animal/s of your choosing at our shelter in Owens Cross Roads, AL. If it is a good match for all, we do same-day adoptions. For dogs over 6 months old, our adoption fee is $275 which includes spay/neuter surgery, core vaccinations, rabies vaccine with tag/cert, heartworm testing, heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention, minimum first round of deworming, microchip, leash/collar. For puppies under 6 months old, our adoption fee is $350 which includes spay/neuter surgery (once 16 weeks of age), core vaccinations, rabies vaccine with tag/cert (once 16 weeks of age), heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention, minimum first round of deworming, microchip, leash/collar.

Prissy Missy was found in a parking lot, dumped by a cruel someone, so she didn't have the best beginning at life, as a lot of them and we certainly want to change that for all of our babies! We want to make them forget their past and have the best future and forever after. She is a little timid with new people but warms up quickly, does not like small children in her face, so she would do best with older children who have learned how to act around dogs since littles are still learning.She does love to play but she also gives the best hugs in all the world and loves to snuggle in your lap and would love to watch TV with you on the sofa.
