Story
Chappy is a little guy who came to us from a bad hoarding situation. He is very shy and needs a very patient and understanding adopter. He will snap/bite if he feels scared enough, but is actually very tolerant of handling (its just the initial "catch" that causes the most stress). He feels most confident when with another small, friendly dog, so is only available to a home with at least 1 other dog. He does not know how to "dog" yet and will need to be taught to trust humans and how to do things like walk on a leash or play with toys. Chappy is not available to a home with kids as he gets very overwhelmed by their high volume and quick movements. He should be considered a flight risk in his new home. He will likely need work on crate training and housebreaking.

Story
Hello there, I am Crocs! I am a groovy, quirky older fellow who will always keep you laughing! I am a collector of toys and will hoard tennis balls, and if I hear you squeak one of my toys I will prance up to you, remove it from your clutches, and return it to its proper place on my bed. After I sniff every inch of you and determine you are a good egg, I will back my booty up to you and ask you to give me scratches. My back legs go crazyyy when I start getting good back scratches! Even though I still have lots of pep, I also settle down so nicely and love to take long afternoon snoozes. I know sit and seem to be fully housebroken, and I'm so gentle when accepting snacks. I thought the younger whippersnapper dogs were annoying before, but I'm starting to loosen up in playgroups and can actually be a silly goose myself. I would love to spend my golden years with my own collection of toys and a big ole cozy bed, so please make me the king of your castle! Let's meet today!

Story
My name is Finn, and your name must be My Best Friend! I'm a stunning labby boy with eyes that will melt your heart. I did not come from the best home before, so it can take me some time to get comfortable in new situations and with new people, especially men. I have spent some time in a temporary home, and I was housebroken, learned sit, stay, and come, and I usually walk well on a leash. I worked on building back some of my confidence and now love going on car rides, long walks, and playing in the water. I'm still meeting new dogs but have done well with dogs that are smaller than me and have actually done okay around older children, I'll just need to work on my confidence around men and feeling secure when I'm home alone, so crate training would be a huge plus for me. Let's meet today!
