Story
I have Ruby and Roxie, they’re sisters we originally adopted as puppies. Have grown up together. We’ve had them 2 years and unfortunately can no longer provide them the lifestyle they deserve and are in need of a new loving home. They’re great dogs, have never shown or been violent with anybody. They get along with other pets, have only been around other dogs in some occasions, no cats or kids, unsure on how they’d react. Any questions feel free to reach out. Everything is up to date we care for them with Town & Country.

These pups are in Gainesville, Florida too!

Biggie Smalls, handsome and sweet, this dog will be a great lifetime companion. The bestest boy! Excellent bed buddy and cuddler. Very affectionate. Loves to play fetch. He is excellent at being off leash in the yard and staying right with you. Biggie loves to please. Doesn't chase birds or squirrels and very responsive to correction. Food motivated, crate trained and house broken. Are you ready for some Biggie times? August 16, 2025, 1:43 pm

Story
Please read the entire bio for this rescue, it will provide all the information that one needs to decide if they would like to apply to adopt from SCMR.Adoption fee: $125.00   Hi there! This is Crouton, a poodle mix, he is about 13 years old and weighs about 13 pounds, he showed up at animal control as a stray, unfortunately, his microchip did not lead to his family, he was very thin and not well.   He is getting to know his foster family but he follows his foster mom around the house and sitting next to her on the couch. He is deaf, but very alert, and watches everything going on around him.  He is not house trained, he needs to wear a belly band, but will do great on walks.  His meds causes him to need to urinate a lot, so it works best to have the use of the belly bands.  He sleeps thru the night, getting all the rest he needs.   He has been diagnosed with IBS, so that means he needs to be on a special diet.  He is on temporary meds until the IBS can be brought under control, it can be controlled with a good diet.   He does have a couple of growths that need to be removed, but the doctor does not think they are anything to worry about, so when that is done and he has gained some weight, he will be ready for adoption.   He does get along with the dogs in the foster home, but he will try to eat food that is not his, so it will be important to keep him separated at meal time.  Crouton is waiting Gainesville, FL for his forever family to take him home Out-of-state adoptions are possible; however, the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.  To be considered to adopt me, please fill out an APPLICATION.  NOTE: SCMR does not adopt to homes with children under the age of 10 years or homes with Electric Fences. You can help make a difference one dog at a time. If you would like to sponsor one of our babies, we accept online donations via PayPal or send a check to us at P.O. Box 2005, Chattanooga, TN 37409. We thank you for whatever you can help us with. Any donation is appreciated and is tax deductible, as allowed by law,  as we are a qualified non-profit 501(c)3 organization.    All our males are sent with BELLY BANDS!    for a one time Donation that goes direct to SCMR please go to our paypal link: November 20, 2025, 6:36 pm

Story
Hi! I`m Ranger, and I`m ready to report for duty as your loyal companion! I am a total cuddle scout who might be a little shy at first, but once you earn my trust, I`ll be your best friend for life and will flop around in your lap like a trout, begging for cuddles. The way to my heart is definitely food, so if you want to build a campfire and roast up some hot dogs, I`ll be right there with ya. I have a fantastic nose and enjoy puzzle toys and quiet exploring. I`m still earning my merit badges when it comes to interacting with dogs and would do best with slow introductions and polite pups, or I`d be totally content being your one and only. I do know that I am not interested in earning my cat badge and would prefer a home without kitties. If you`re looking for a gentle soul to explore life`s quiet trails with, I just might be your guy.
