Meet Scout - The 55‑lb Lap-dog With a Heart of Gold! Looking for a loyal best friend who’ll fill your home with heart? Scout’s your guy. Scout is the perfect mix of gentle, goofy, and loyal. He’s calm at home, incredible with kids (especially toddlers!), and happiest when he’s close to his people. He loves swimming, car rides, and cozy movie nights. Scout prefers being your one‑and‑only dog. He can be reactive when meeting new dogs but does great with calm introductions and positive guidance. He takes a daily SSRI (Fluoxetine) for mild anxiety and thrives on consistency, patience, and love. I’m rehoming Scout with a heavy heart due to cancer treatment and an upcoming move to a smaller home without the space he deserves. He’s deeply loved and I want to find him the peaceful, happy life he’s earned. $300 to insure he gets a loving home, (includes crate, food, Simparica Trio and all his goodies)

Story
Brown Girl is 9 years old. We have had her since she was 9 weeks. She was rescued from a cold-weather situation with her mom and a little of 5 other puppies. Brown Girl is sweet, well-behaved, smart, and easy-going. She is not startled or bothered by loud noises (thunderstorm, fireworks, etc.). She loves a schedule and is very social (she wants to be wherever her owner is). She does well when I'm gone from the house for the day. She goes to her room, gets into her unlocked cage and stays until I return. She is not a barker nor a growler. She has never lived with other pets but has always been around children. She does have skin allergy issues that are managed by an occasional shot or meds. We are rehoming Brown Girl because my allergies have gotten considerably worse, and my work travel schedule has increased. In 2025 Brown Girl spent 128 days in boarding. I think thats selfish and unfair, she deserves someone who can love on her in her senior years and spend time w/her
