Story
Hunter is a 9 year old chocolate lab that came from a heavy line of duck hunting dogs out of Oklahoma. He’s a good dog, we just don’t have time for any of our dogs so looking to rehome them. When we got Hunter, I lived in a farmhouse out in the country and he wasn’t pinned up and would only run across the road to the neighbors house because they had an older lab over there he would buddy up with, but he never ran off. I don’t want to send them to a surrender shelter and am not asking any adoption fees. All I ask is you have a yard he can stretch his legs in. He’s not housebroken, but we did keep him in the house in a kennel at night and he would bark if he needed to go out.

Story
Koda is shy of 7 years old and has a lot of energy, but will also jump up on the couch and sleep the day away. He’s the son of our other dog who’s up for adoption, Hunter. Koda is big and we refer to him as a bulldozer because he’s just goes. We have a 3 year child old and a 7 month old child and since both have been born, he’s not getting the attention he used to and we literally keep him out in the backyard all day because he’s just too big around the little kids and he doesn’t understand to calm down around them. He’d learn to calm down if someone worked with him. Understands all basic commands like sit and lay down. We’ve always had him in a fenced yard so not sure how he would do in an open yard set up. He would be fine either way being in a smaller house or a large yard with plenty of room to run. Attention is all he needs.
