Story
Meet Boots! Boots is one happy boy that is looking for a family to love. He's estimated to be about 1 year old and weighs about 65 lbs. His breeds? Well, your guess is as good as ours! He's a mix of some sort, but his personality is all love. He was found as a stray and has quickly adjusted to life in a foster home. He's crate trained, but has proven to be trustworthy to sleep in the living room with the other dogs. He is doing very well with potty training when kept on a consistent schedule. He does great with the two resident dogs in his foster home, and with children over 8 (younger kids are unknown as he hasn't met any yet). Boots is currently learning some basic training with his foster family. He's treat motivated and is eager to please. He loves to play with his foster family and then settle down with a chew bone. He also enjoys cozying up to his foster family. Boots pays close attention to noises and sounds outside, so living in a busy area may take longer for Boots to get used to. If Boots sounds like he'd be a great fit for your family, please consider applying! Boots' adoption fee is $400 plus MN tax which covers his neuter, vaccinations, microchip and any additional medical care he may have needed while in the rescue's care. We are a foster based rescue, we do not house dogs at a facility. Age and breed are NLR's best guess as we often don't know who or what mom and dad are. Story
đŸŸ Meet Our Spirited Sweetheart! đŸŸ This little lady is a joyful bundle of energy with the heart of a happy tornado! She’s full of life, love, and curiosity—and she’s looking for a forever home that can match her enthusiasm. She adores toys (the tougher the better!), and if you toss one, get ready—her zoomies activate instantly! She’s 99.9% potty trained, but make sure you’re up and ready in the morning—when nature calls, she means now. She’s smart and sassy, learning boundaries quickly
but she loves to creatively test them. (“I’m not in the kitchen, I rolled into it!” 😇) Leash walks? She does great, with only occasional distractions—easily redirected with a whistle or her name. She loves being outdoors, especially watching her humans work while she lounges on a tie-out (kennels aren’t her thing—she’s a bit of an escape artist when it comes to digging!). Crate trained? Check! Though she prefers having a toy in there to keep her company. ❀ She shows signs of a rough past, but her heart is wide open. She’s incredibly food motivated and ready to shower someone with love in exchange for some yummy treats. She’s a quick learner, but letting her burn off her happy wiggles before training helps her focus best. If you're looking for a clever, spirited, affectionate girl to brighten your days, she might just be your perfect match. Come meet her—you’ll fall in love faster than she runs for her favorite toy! đŸ¶đŸ’• Brynn's adoption fee is $425 plus MN tax which covers her spay, vaccinations, microchip and any additional medical care she may have needed while in the rescue’s care. We are a foster based rescue, we do not house dogs at a facility. Age and breed are NLR's best guess as we often don't know who or what mom and dad are.
