Story
Sweet Lab/Pit mix needs a loving new home This handsome yellow Lab/Pit mix is 5 years old, about 50 lbs, and looking for his forever family. He's gentle, affectionate, and great with people of all ages, including kids. He loves attention, cuddles, and playtime, and he thrives on being close to his people, so a home where someone's around most of the day would suit him best. He can be reactive to unfamiliar dogs, but does well with a slow, proper introduction (he gets along great with our other rescue dog at home). We've worked hard on training with him and he's a good boy through and through, this is just something that takes the right approach and patient owner. He's up to date on all his shots and ready to go to his new home. We're rehoming him due to a job relocation out of state and financial circumstances, not because of anything he's done. He deserves a family who can give him the time, patience, and love he's used to.

Story
Iggy is a poodle mix, black with gray and white. 19lbs Iggys is a very sweet and affectionate boy at home and he is loyal and bonds deeply with his person. He will want to sleep at the foot of the bed and likes to snuggle in the morning. He is also very comfortable giving him his bath, grooming, or removing burrs. He does have separation anxiety and will cry, but does no damage. I believe Iggy was abused in his past resulting in significant fear and anxiety. He will cower and hide when meeting new people and can snap if approached too fast. On walks Iggy shows his aggression to other dogs. He can be hard to control. He would do good with behavior training. Iggy would do best in a calm patient environment with someone who can give him plenty of attention. A childless home would be best Iggy is incredibly affectionate and devoted. I think he has had some training and would benefit from training to help with his issues.

Story
This is the stunning Riley. She is about 3 years old and about 50 pounds. One volunteer who was lucky enough to join Riley for an offsite event said the following: “Riley was very inquisitive during our off site adoption. She enjoyed exploring and sniffing around. The only time she was not in motion was when potential adopters were giving her attention. After I lifted her into the car, she was a perfect passenger the entire way and back, sitting nicely in the back area of my SUV.” Another volunteer said: “this was my first time walking Riley and she was an angel! I can tell there is so much love and energy in that little spotty body. “ What more could you ask for in a dog?Riley`s adoption fee is $100. She is spayed and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing fee may apply.
