My husband and I grew up with dogs, but did not do much research when we got our first dog as a married couple. We got Olive from a friend who has labradoodles. Life got busy, and we realized that our lifestyle was not a good fit for Olive. Olive is seven months old, and is scheduled to be spayed on May 15th unless she gets adopted beforehand. Olive needs a good home with plenty of space for her to run around inside and outside. She gets along well with most other dogs, but has never been around cats or small children before. She is recently potty trained, but might have an accident or two in a new environment. Olive is also crate trained and can be in the crate for several hours at a time, but it would be best if she had a home where she doesn't have to be in the crate a lot.

Lucy is a loving 3 year old labradoodle! She isn’t a typical doodle that needs grooming and haircuts, she does great with just a bath and a brush. She would do best as an only dog with an active family who can walk her and take her places with them. She also does great at home. She is housebroken and crate trained. She knows sit but still gets very excited for “stay”. She does get a little food aggressive with other dogs around and that’s the only reason I’d say she would do best as an only pet! Lucy is very easy to love!

Baxter is a total doll. He and his sibling were dumped at our rescue...they are social and so sweet. Baxter is all puppy but he is ready to have you teach him how to be the best boy he can be. He is crate, and potty trained. His life took a little turn at Christmas time when he was stepped on by a cow (yes his fosters have cows :), he had a tail and pelvic injury that required his tail to be amputated and he had to recover. WELL he HAS recovered :) He is ready for his furever home and boy will you LOVE this boy!! While he was recovering from his injuries he became the bestest pup you could imagine! Now he is looking for that forever home that will just love him for who he is!! ADOPT DON'T SHOP!!! SO MANY PUPS LIKE BAXTER's LIVES DEPEND ON IT!!! He's a bit rambunctious with younger dogs but knows how to be calmer with older dogs. He's playful and energetic but has the ability to slow down and enjoy time on a park bench or the couch. Shadow came to God's Dogs via ACS. He was adopted by a busy/energetic household, however his prey drive toward their chickens became a problem.
