Lucy is a beautiful 6-month-old Lab/Aussie mix currently weighing 32 pounds with a sleek black coat, expressive eyes, and a personality that is impossible not to love. She and her siblings started life in a way no puppy should have to experience—born and left to essentially fend for themselves, they depended on each other for comfort, safety, and companionship. Their bond became their world.
But their story didn't end there. Now safe in a loving foster home, Lucy is discovering a whole new life filled with kindness, routine, affection, and experiences she never had before. Each day she continues to grow more confident and show just how wonderful she truly is.
Lucy is one of the most outgoing of the girls and has a natural ability to connect with people. While some dogs need extra time to understand that love is coming their way, Lucy seems ready to embrace it.
