Story
Max is loving dog. He probably needs a home where he is an only pet. I have been told by his previous owner that he snapped at her grandchild but was provoked. I have not had this problem. He is trained but training has not been enforced. I recently moved in with my daughter due to health concerns. Sadly, Max and her dogs do not get along. I do not think it is fair to keep him separated from everyone so I would rather find him a home where he can be happy.

Story
Q is now taking applications for a family to call his own. This sweet boy is full of love, and determination. His story is a sad one, but he has come out on top! We were contacted by a local shelter that a poodle had been brought in unable to walk on his back leg due to multiple leg and hip fractures. He was also severly underweight with his bones showing and weighed 10lbs. Of course we said yes! We love a challenge and food is part of our love language! With some great food and rest, he was able to gain 2 pounds and was healthy enough for his amputation surgery. He is now more than 2 weeks post surgery. He goes for walks and runs outside, he follows his foster mom around the house supervising her chores, and has learned to navigate the stairs to get on the human bed for snuggles. Q has good recall and his mom is able to take him for walks in yard off leash and he stays within sight distance. He does go outside to potty or will use potty pads inside. He gets along great with other dogs of all sizes. He is located in Longview, Texas. He is vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and is heartworm negative. Applications for adoption are at
