Story
Re-homing a male doodle mix (unsure of exact breed but looks labradoodle) that’s approximately 14 mo old. He was dumped near my house last summer and I took him in to avoid sending him to the shelter. He’s neutered, vaccinated, all preventative medications are up to date and has a clean bill of health from the vet. He’s a good family dog that’s good with children, other dogs, cats and is crate, leash, and house trained. He rides well in the backseat of a vehicle and loves playing outside and chasing balls, sticks, etc. He’s a big fan of playing in the sprinkler and the rain and is overall a sweet-natured, playful, friendly dog. He’s shaved down now, but has curly hair when grown out. I’m only rehoming because I didn’t want a larger dog (72 lbs) and my schedule doesn’t always allow me to spend as much time as I’d like with him.

Jake is a charming young man! All who meet him discover this right away. His energy level is medium to high - typical for a young male lab mix. He knows basic commands well. No experience yet with cats. He loves dogs, kids, swimming, rides in the car in a crate, walks on a leash. He tested slight heartworm positive in June and will have a Proheart 6 shot as treatment.

Story
This beautiful girl is looking for a home with a family of her own. She is very loving, affectionate, calm, 4-5 years - LOVES people and children. She is dog-selective, but perfect in every other way. She was a stray, found with another male dog and gets along with him (they are in a foster home together) but has not gotten along with others (specifically a female in the same home). So far she pays no attention to cats (which is great) but we can't confirm she'll be completely compatible. Please reach out if you're interested in giving this wonderful girl a chance. We will facilitate a meet and greet, a trial period, foster-to-adopt, whatever is necessary to see if she's the perfect fit.
