I will soon be microchipped, heartworm tested and current on my vaccines.3 words that describe me: Friendly, curious, shyThings staff and volunteers have to say about me: “He took some time to warm up but is clearly a sweet boy once he gets used to you”, “As soon as he is comfortable he turns into a lover boy”Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10) 5/10Housetraining Status: Working on it.I should do well in a home: I am required to meet any and all dogs in my potential home. My humans haven’t seen me around cats so they don’t know what I’d be like around them. I am required to go to a home with children 8 years and older. Hi, I'm Rosie! I am a one year old lab pitbull mix! I am current on my vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and soon to be heartworm tested.3 words that describe me: Vocal, playful, outgoing.Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: Staff and volunteers say I am a very extroverted, playful girl! I love to talk and make new friends!Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 8 or 9/10Housetraining Status: I am housetrained, but may take some time to adjust to a schedule in my new home.I should do well in a home: I should do well in a home with children ages 12 and older. In my previous home I LOVED going to the dog park so I would do well in a home with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. Staff are unsure how I would do in a home with cat friends!My favorite activities are: Playing with squeaky toys and running around outside with my favorite people.Things I need work on are: My basic commands and leash walking.Any special needs: N/ADoggy day out notes: "Rosie is a very outgoing, social pup who wants to greet everyone. Her leash manners does need to be worked on but got increasingly better throughout the walk. Rosie likes her walks but loves playing with toys like tug of war even more.
