Please read ALL below where you will find answers about the pet, our adoption fees and how to do our adoption application! Pet Description: Wiggles came to us as a stray puppy with two littermates. She is five-months-old as of early May and in a foster home so not at our Shelter. She should be in the 50 lb range when fully grown. Why special needs? Wiggles likely has Cerebellar Hypoplasia which means she walks/runs very unsteady and might occasionally also fall over (and at times walks/runs just fine). It doesn't bother her in the least and her two littermates were just fine with zero issues (they have been adopted). Wiggles is a happy, happy puppy indeed - loves everyone, good with all dogs, cats, people. She is doing well with housetraining using a doggy door and following the lead of other dogs. Now we say 'likely' on the CH, and if so, she should live a long and normal life. Of course there is a chance it is something worse that could impact her lifespan so please talk to your Vet first to make sure you are up to adopting this sweet little gal and what any future Vet checks could entail. DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch; certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
