Details
Good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Bodie is a MASSIVE sweetheart, 4 year old lab/pit mix that is slightly overweight. I've not had the opportunity to observe him with children. I think an experienced adopter would do great for Bodie to give him the training and exercise he needs. He rarely barks when inside but sometimes will bark if a car appears. He jumps a little bit when excited and doesn't understand how big he is. My aging mother was hospitalized and now unable to care for her animals. Bodie is the love of her life and she needs him to go to a good home. I am willing to pay for his first month's care and supply all of his toys, crate, food, vet bills and training if you give this boy the love, exercise and training he deserves because he wants to be a good boy. He used to sleep with her every night and loves his best friend Cat pictured. It would be great if they can go together but not required.

Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Not good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Boots was dumped, starving, in our rural neighborhood 7 years ago. She loves swimming, she'll eat anything, and she is definitely a couch/bed type dog. She knows sit, stay, go lay down, speak, jump, and shake. She's been a great dog for us, but needs to be in a household without small children who grab her. She's got a bad hip and broken front teeth, but has many adventures left in her. Please help us give her the life she deserves, as we are no longer able.

Story
Meet Panther – A Gentle Soul with a Heart Full of Love  Dog Friendly | Kid Friendly | Cats Unknown Panther is a sweet, timid pup who’s just starting to come out of her shell—and she’s already melting hearts along the way. At 5 months old, this black-and-white Lab mix is the perfect blend of playful and cuddly. She adores other dogs and feels most confident when she has a doggy friend to show her the ropes. Panther is very treat motivated and eager to learn, which makes training a breeze! She’s currently working on crate training, potty training, and leash walking in her foster home. Panther tends to be shy at first but loves following her people around like a little shadow once she feels safe. She’s gentle, affectionate, and would thrive in a calm home that can help build her confidence while giving her all the love she deserves. If you're looking for a soft-hearted pup who just wants to be your best friend, Panther is ready to join your pack ##2528923##

Story
SuperNova is as magical as her name suggests. This beautiful black lab mix has a heart full of love just waiting to bloom — she’s incredibly sweet, gentle, and eager to connect. But right now, the world feels like a very big, very scary place to her. Shy SuperNova has had a rough start. While we don’t know much about her life before originally landing in the shelter, we do know she was adopted by a family with some land earlier in the year. Unfortunately she escaped just a couple days later and was lost and alone in the woods for several weeks before being found. As a result, she will need a calm, patient adopter who can help her regain confidence and trust one small step at a time. She’s making progress every day, especially with the help of other dogs in the home. That’s why another well-adjusted dog is required — she relies on canine companions to show her that life can be safe and even fun. She’s already beginning to understand house training by watching and following the lead of her doggy friends. She also likes cats! Because she startles easily and is still working on feeling secure, SuperNova must have a fully fenced yard (6ft minimum) and a low-traffic home environment is preferred to start. Leash training is a work in progress, so yard access is essential while she gains confidence. If you have a soft spot for the underdog and the patience to help a shy girl blossom, SuperNova will reward you with loyalty, trust, and the kind of love that only comes from a dog who’s learned how to feel safe in your arms. ##2417591##

Story
Olive is a sweet, curious, and loyal black Lab mix with just the right balance of playfulness and chill. She enjoys running around the backyard, playing fetch, and soaking up the sun; but she’s just as happy lounging nearby and getting pets. She has a medium energy level and loves yard time and can happily spend hours outside, but she also settles beautifully indoors. Olive has lived as both an inside and outside dog. Indoors, she has excellent manners — she sleeps through the night, does not counter surf, get into the trash, or chew anything other than her own toys. She is house trained and knows basic commands. She does not enjoy being crated. She is wonderful with men, women, children, babies, cats, and dogs. Olive has no known health issues. Due to changes in our household, we are no longer able to provide the time and attention Olive deserves. Additional Note: Olive can be adopted separately, but for adopters interested in two dogs, and Xena are also available to go together
