Story

We adopted Winnie when she was 12 weeks old and she turned 2 this summer. She's a black lab mix who is sweet, smart, silly and super high energy. She loves to go on walks, play catch, and thinks she's a lap dog. She had 12 week obedience training as a puppy and at a year old a trainer to come to our home and give her six additional training sessions. She is housebroken, can stay out during the day when I run errands (I am home all day so she is not usually left alone for more than a few hours) and she sleeps in her crate at night. We have boarded her several times and she does fine with that. She is high energy and requires at least two walks a day or lots of time in the yard playing catch. She is very loved by us. Unfortunely, she does not like our ten year old daughter and that is why we are needing to rehome her. Winnie will need a home with NO children, a big yard, and someone who has the time and energy to meet her high energy needs.
