Story
Named after his Louisiana roots, Cajun may sound spicy… but this pup is more “gumbo-simmering-on-a-Sunday” than “hot sauce on your jambalaya.” Calm, even-keeled, and gentle as can be, he’s one of the most easygoing puppies you’ll ever meet. Cajun loves to play—whether it’s batting around toys or wrestling with dogs of all sizes—but compared to other pups his age, he’s downright chill. He’s an inquisitive little explorer who may quietly slip away to check out new sights and smells. When it comes to meeting new people, he takes the slow-and-sweet approach: a moment to feel out the situation, a curious sniff, and before long he’s curled up right beside you. This boy adores affection. Soft pets are his love language, and he’ll gladly soak up gentle strokes for as long as you’re willing to give them. In return, he offers quiet companionship and a tender heart. Cajun does wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids. He’d enjoy having a canine buddy to help show him the ropes, but it’s not a must—he’s adaptable and learns quickly. He’s crate-trained, well on his way with potty training, and already working on those basic puppy manners with impressive smarts. If your family is searching for a lovable, calm, and gentle pup—with the cutest little ears and a whole lot of Louisiana charm—Cajun just might be the perfect addition to your pack.

Story
Cole is a 2-year-old black Lab mix who’s the perfect example of everything we love about Labs — goofy, loving, and full of life (with a little patch of white on his chin to prove he’s one of a kind). Cole has no idea how big he is, and he’s convinced he’s a lapdog. If you sit down, be ready for him to try and climb right into your lap — or flop across it with all his lovable, oversized enthusiasm. He’s a big ol’ ham who thrives on attention and affection, and he’ll make sure you never feel unloved for a single second. This smart, food-motivated boy is eager to please and has his basic training down. He’s both potty-trained and crate-trained, though he’d much rather be hanging out with his people. True to his Lab roots, Cole has plenty of energy to burn and loves to play, zoom, and explore — whether it’s in the backyard or around the house. Cole gets along well with other dogs, though he can have a bit of a dominant streak. He’s currently a little too curious about cats, so a feline-free home would be best. If you’re looking for a loyal, lovable, slightly oversized “lapdog” to shower with treats and attention, Cole is your guy. He’ll pay you back with endless love, laughter, and plenty of snuggles.
